Yesterday I got my order from DSW, that was delivered by FedEx. Because it arrived way too late I decided to return the box without even open it.So, today, around 12:30 pm, I went to this FedEx store to dropped off the package, and for my surprise the employee and the manager, I had the displeasure to talk to, refused to accept the package, because according with them it was not packed properly.Now, my question is: If FedEx accepted the package from the seller to delivered to me, packed in that way, why does FedEx refused to accepted the same package, packed in the same way, from me to return to the seller, unless I was willing to paid $15, for them to packed it again?So, If you don't want to waste your time and deal with unprofessional and unfriendly staff, please avoid this store.Thank you.

I always have rude customer service here unfortunately. Staff are always on phones and are annoyed when you ask questions. I’ve tried so many times to come there and print items and they can never print it the correct size, even when I have it already sent to them in the correct ratio and format. I was here for 30+ minutes to print one small photo. would avoid and go to another location, or the CVS next door does great and cheap photos at better quality!

Completely unprofessional experience with your employee (Mi Mi) she was on FaceTime the whole time and answered an additional call while also texting. She was talking loudly and was trying to “multitask” but was clearly being inefficient. What should have taken me no more than 10 minutes took at least double that.

I had several prints in a few months; always some mistake: two sides instead of one, wrong binding, an email saying that it was ready to pick up and it was not so I had to come back in two hours... There must probably be a badly paid job, but they change the staff all the time and nobody has a clue

This is the single worst experience I have ever had at any FedEx in my life and I use Fedex often. The woman who told me her name was "Precious" (not sure if that's her real name--has purple nail polish if that helps management) sassed me so horribly for absolutely no reason. I simply asked what the box size choices were and received the rudest treatment, saying, "You don't know anything about the product." And when I asked if a roll was packing paper, she said, "Can't you read the package?!" Then proceeded to tell me she was not familiar with the products at FedEx. I'm helping my child move and only went in for boxes. She should be FIRED immediately. How does someone like this maintain a job?! Shame on you FEDEX. You need to do better. Put a horrible taste in my mouth about FEDEX now. Don't believe me? Review the store camera--sound on. I was there 5/25/2023 about 15 mins before closing.

My. Son and I took 20 boxes to be mailed from FedEx on a busy Saturday . There was only one employee. She did a remarkable job helping multiple people at the same time. She never lost her cool and was consistently friendly, efficient and professional. I have no idea why only one person would be working there on a busy Saturday. Other customers were equally impressed with how this employee managed everything.

The worst customer service that exists in DC. The employees are super rude and not helpful. I called before going there and they hanged up in the middle of the conversation while I was giving the tracking number, when I went in there they neither apologized and they also gave me false information about my package because they didn't check at all. They were super rude. When I left the store I received an email from the company that shipped the order to let me know that the package was still in the store after investigation with Fedex and they sent me away without checking at all !!!The manager is the worst in customer service! Even worse that the employees... Never seen such a thing!!! How can hire people like that in a company that has to deal every day with clients!

Beyond rude. As I entered the store, I was loudly confronted by someone who did not work there stating that they were closed. At 4pm when it’s supposed to be open until 6. I don’t know what they were doing, but it wasn’t work because they weren’t letting people in.

I have no idea why, but, the majority of the time the staff is extremely rude, angry and annoyed there is a customer needing attention. Just unacceptable. Does anyone who runs this location care? Does not appear so since it does not get better...we only keep going back because of the location.

Very helpful and friendly staff. It’s true this location can get busy; but the staff does their best to keep things moving and is always professional. This is my go to FedEx for printing and shipping in Glover Park.

I came in on Wednesday as was helped my 2 Woman & A Man. Extremely helpful and understanding that I knew nothing about shipping my recently sold items on Ebay. Well, My package arrived in Chino,Ca Today and my buyer was blown away by the amount of packaging that kept these Chinnesse artifacts safe during the long journey. I will most definitely be coming back and using them on a regular basis. Thank You FedEx!
