It seems Fedex has no phone customer service. This is the second closest Fedex to where we were expecting a delivery but the first location kept hanging up after calling twice, now this location hangs up after asking for a tracking number. So I give them this 13 digit tracking number they asked me to type into the telephone keypad and then they immediately hang up.

Needed to replace a tripod banner that was shipped to this location with the incorrect base. When I returned very disappointed after discovering the error at the trade event I was at, the staff were not at all helpful or apologetic. Chuck inspected the stand!? Opened up the bag and assembled it in front of me to prove it was the wrong stand?? So strange. Told me refunds were only handled online. After I called customer service they said talk to the manager. The manager did issue the refund but not before slipping in comments that she wouldn’t be offering any “freebies.” So rude.

Such a great customer service experience. Everyone is so friendly. Julia helped me organize a complicated print order and was patient and kind. Then it just made my day walking in and having everyone be so wonderful.

Went in to have them cut and laminate 54 4"x6" cards. Waited on site for almost an hour, as they decided to cut the cards with scissors for some reason. When I received the cards, they were cut 1/3" off of the gridlines, making them unusable. On top of that, the staff gave me an attitude about my not accepting the cards. Including printing and driving, wasted nearly 2 hours.

AVOID. Attempted to charge me $28 for a shipping box that was included in my trade-in return. Sullen and inflexible. Third time I’ve seen staff this way. Not returning.

I had to print 100s of pages last min on Friday and the woman at the print center was such a gem. She prioritized my order - it was done 15 min after I called (!!) - and she was unbelievably kind. she made my whole week & I will def be returning for all my printing needs.

Nicole has outstanding customer service standards. She went above and beyond with me and several other customers. Although it was busy, she made eye contact and addresses each customer as we entered the location. The last two times I have been to this location the service has been terribly slow. Today it was slow and the representative was relatively new (which is fine) but she was surly and not particularly interested in providing any customer service. What confidence do you have when the representative says there is a 90% chance we will not find your account if you do not have the number? FedEx, you can do better.

Nicole shouldn’t be working with customers if she’s troubled attending to customers’ needs. Her demeanor was bothersome. She claimed I didn’t have an order to pick up. I wanted passport pictures taken for a personal project and she took a terrible picture of me (was talking at the time) when I wouldn’t go into detail. I had to request that my picture be taken twice. I am hoping that my experience today isn’t typical for everyone who has interacted with this employee.

I dread coming here, but it’s the closest FedEx location to me (why aren’t there more?). I have never spent less than 10 minutes waiting in line. The staff seems friendly enough but regardless of if there’s 1 person working or 5 people working, the wait time is the same.
