The lady there seems like she doesn’t have patience. When we entered first thing she asked was “Do ya’ll speak English” I think that’s something racist to ask. Later we asked where could we buy stamps and repeated us 3 times it was next door with an attitude.

Worst customer support ever! Had a simple B&W PDF that I urgently needed to print for work at 4:30pm on a Saturday (close at 6pm). The self service printer would not work so asked for help. There was no-one else in the store and the rude person working there just said she was too busy to help me. FedEx just lost our global account!

Rude and condescending store manager. Walks around like he’s smarter than everyone. I used to have things printed here but the way he talks to people is pretty pathetic

I visited the M St. location for the first time today -- wow! The friendly clerk took my package, walked me through printing my drop-off receipt, and wished me a blessed day. I was in the store maybe two minutes. Thank you for an easy, pleasant experience.

I didn’t catch his name, but the guy working at FedEx was incredibly helpful and kind. A few of us were sent there from the DMV and he had great customer service.

The lady at the front desk/register was one the rudest people I've ever met. Hopefully she is not a danger to anyone, because she seemed to be on edge and started screaming after I asked a question about the envelope sizes they had. This is not an okay behavior by a mile.

The lady who worked the front desk was extremely rude and tried to confront me for not having "common sense". Repeatedly told her other colleague to only do the bare minimum for me and not help me out with my other requests. Reading through the other reviews on here she might have a problem with foreigners. Absolutely unacceptable behavior and it's mind blowing to me how someone like that can work in a customer facing role!

The lady working there was very rude, easily irritated and I felt that I was discriminated based on my accent as she refused to answer my questions and just ignored me. I amNot asking for any special attention but this is so low…I do not see this often in DC… well, too bad..
