Do not come here expecting them to give you any type of support for shipping any type of additional tape marker. anything you need you’re gonna have to buy from them they no longer provide packing tape for you to package a single box. Wasteful greed.

Yorky was great! I had a few last-minute projects, and he assisted me through every step. His customer service was amazing, and he is very knowledgeable about the job. For all my future projects and printouts, I will only visit this store because of Yorky. That guy is fantastic!

Worked with Fausto today to ship a refund back. I unfortunately did not have my return label cut out of the paper and when I offered to do it if he let me borrow some scissors he said he'd take care of it himself, which not many other places have done. He had a great attitude and was super helpful. I also like how close to the metro this location is, it's so convinent.

I’m sorry to took this long to provide feedback, but didn’t want to forget. I came in on March 18, 2024, and was in a huge rush with a lot of complex copying and formatting to do. Your team member, Crystal, was so unbelievably helpful!!! I was in a huge time crunch and had a lot of trouble with the machines, but she was with me every step of the way to make sure I could get everything done that I needed to get done. Without her help, I probably wouldn’t have been ready for a major presentation I had just an hour later. I’m just beyond thankful for her help… I’ve generally gotten good service when I visit FedEx/kinkos, but she stands out as the absolute best. Thank you, Crystal!!!!!

We came to FedEx one hour before closing, we needed to print 500posters immediately Gonzalo helped us select the right size and paper type to fit our needs and our budget. After printing a test Gonzalo saw that it was a bit blurry so he proceeded to remake the art and printed a new test wich looked amazing. We are glad we came to this store with such a nice and knowledgeable employee he made this happen! And stayed after hours to complete the job. Thank you, Gonzalo!

Just a failure of a location. 1 person working the packing, printing and shipping registers with a line of 8 people at 3pm on a weekday. What’s the point of a barcode for a “quick” drop off if it’s going to take 25 minutes? Another reminder to just use USPS.

Excellent service and well-stocked location. We had a big printing job with lots of specific requirements. The location had everything we needed, and Gonzalo was a huge help. He managed it all for us and was very knowledgable. We worked with us to understand our needs and made excellent recommendations.

Dwight was great! He was able to wrap my gift basket perfectly and show me all of my mailing options. He was very patient with me and helped me understand how the pricing works and what services Fedex offers. I’m satisfied and will be back
