Convenient location, but can be busy. Prices are ok but not great. I had one order messed up by them once but they fixed it.

I love FedEx in general just because of the purple promise and all. Came in to print and was disappointed the staff didn't seem to understand my security concerns. You have to email the document to print and then the document just sits there. The staff just treated me like I didn't understand the process rather than answering my questions about the inbox security protocols. To be fair, they were very nice in explaining the same thing over and over. I asked the staff what happens to the documents and they said don't worry we are so busy we forget about them and don't look at it. Not comforting. I wasnt really worried about the staff to begin with. Also no access to the document so they printed all the ads turning a 1 fee into 14. The manager was great and adjusted but only after I had to flag and raise the issue.

Went to get a couple small things laminated. They asked if I would want to have them done in a single piece and then cut them separately since it would be cheaper. They even showed me how to use their paper cuter to make sure I wouldn't cut too close and damage the lamination. They were very kind, friendly, and showed excellent customer service. Thank you!

This Fedex is the best in the area! They have attention to detail and actually ask you what you are trying to achieve to give you better solutions. They are fast and produce high quality prints. My international shipping has always made it through from this location.

Went right at closing last week- staff member Nevaeh was EXTREMELY helpful even though it was very busy and she was all alone with no help. She went out of her way to find the best shipping option for me to send a last minute birthday gift. Thank you!

I wanted to print a poster but I wasn’t sure about the materials and one employee form the office called Bria was amazing! she explained me and offered me several options. She is a very talented person and I am completely satisfied with her service. All the employees are amazing there!

It's alright, they do a pretty good service in there in help everyone out. They're one of the best event in the shipping, computer, online service. Printing collection. With document effort. Nice one.

I would rate it 0 stars if I could. Sent a package overseas and foreign customs needed clarification. I sent clarification to FedEx and customs in both languages and FedEx was unresponsive. Package was returned but I had to stop payment on the credit card for failure to deliver. They didn't contest the charge back but now they are billing me. I have a lawyer so that when they illegally try to damage my credit, we will try to collect damages from them and pursue a punitive amount. DO NOT USE.

Beware that FEDEX is one of the worst companies to make deliveries. Also poor customer service. I had (2) packages to be delivered to my address within the past (6) months and neither package ever arrived. Each time I called customer service and they told me the packages were delivered and gave me the person's name that received the packages. Which someone in my general area has a similar address??? But for the life of me, FEDEX keeps delivering my packages to the other address. Also, they going as far as to letting the person sign for it. Then stating they aren't going to pay the delivery fees. Which I'm sure it's costing companies to lose billions if not millions of dollars because. The company has to pay the customer back the money for the undelivered package. Someone at FEDEX needs to be held accountable. For their mistake......
