Had a sign saying would return in 15 minutes. Stood outside for over 30 minutes. How is there no one to staff the store during business hours in downtown Washington, D.C.?

I had an urgent letter that needed to be shipped quickly and Roberto made sure I was taken care of. He was efficient and knew what he was doing but what made his stand out is his professionalism. My bag dropped and he came around the cashier to get my backpack back up. He also didn’t try to up sell me and go with a more expensive option. He gave me options with no pressure.

Our package was lost and we had been looking for it all morning. Alvoid W. was the driver who jumped through hoops to track down the package and brought it to us. Extremely thankful for his willingness to go above and beyond. He worked hard to provide excellent customer service.

A different store had a printer down where I had sent the job, and did not notify me that the printer was down or that they could not complete the order. I contacted this office at 5:15 pm. They close at 7 pm. I was in a panic to get my 20 books printed, and this team SAVED ME for my presentation at 9 the next morning. I cannot thank them enough for going the extra mile to help me!
