Overcharge to pick up! So I pay shipping to get shipped and pay 10$ to pick up!. Jasmine however was great. Three days I went in row and only she was helpful

Staff is wonderful (5 stars to them!) but the hotel charges a ridiculous handling fee so just go to any other fedex location.

Great experience yesterday when using this FedEx office to return an item to a retail vendor! The staff was very friendly and promptly addressed all of my needs.

Terrible service. Charges handling fees for drop off. Only exists so the hotel can say they have a FedEx in the building.

I recently visited the FedEx store and was extremely disappointed with the service. The staff seemed uninterested in helping customers and acted as if they were doing us a favor by simply doing their jobs. Their attitudes were unprofessional and unwelcoming.
Additionally, the delivery and pickup processes were incredibly slow. Despite this, they were very quick to bill me for handling fees, which felt unfair given the lack of efficiency and professionalism. Overall, my experience was far from satisfactory, and I hope they can improve their customer service standards

Do not make a return here. They charge a “handling fee” even if you have a label, box, and taped up. I’d only ever use this location if I was staying at the hotel and from out of town. Sure, open on Sundays… but not worth getting lost while trying to find them.
