They charge a handling fee based on package weight for all hotel locations. The problem is that she printed my prepaid label and sealed my package BEFORE telling me this (and there are no posted signs about it). I would have definitely walked 10 minutes to the other fedex had I known this. It’s a stupid policy in the first place but not telling the customer until it’s too late makes it 10x worse.

You might think, how bad can this FedEx location be if I just have to drop off a package? But this location charges you “handling fees” even if the shipping is prepaid, which is absolutely absurd. They wanted me to pay $10 to ship a box that came with a prepaid label.

The people who work here are criminals. I tried to ship something from here, a simple overnight letter, and they tried to charge me $140. Took it to another FedEx place and it was under around $40. Likely they are pocketing the difference.

Not a real FedEx. Everything has extra handling fees. They wanted $10 to mail a prepaid label.

Their self-service print room was a waste of time. We got charged by the minute, and their website would not upload the simple PDF we had to print. Charged nearly $6 and nothing to show for it. Frustrating.

They charge extra and when I asked tbem to check the address label was completed correctly their reply was that they don’t do that. They just accept packages. Go somewhere else!
