Because this FedEx is in hotel they charge an extra handling fee. I was dropping off a return and they charged me an extra $10. Be prepared!

Located on the -2 level of the JW Marriott. They charge a $10 hostage fee to any package they touch (shipped to hotel or sent). Only reason I'm giving them a 3 instead of no stars is that they waved the fee for me to send medical/Milkstork. The employees were nice but the handling fee is highway robbery.

Mar-kee was absolutely amazing. I was on work travel and needed to get a package shipped immediately. This young man went above and beyond to help myself and a few other customers get what we needed done. Printing out labels and assisting with packaging. Thank you again Mar-kee :)

They either dont answer phone, or you have dial a '00' to get access, which you only find out after you are forced to go to that location to find that out.
Hmmmmm.
Please fix this irritating problem.

Wasted my time coming here...
First... the tiny FedEx "closet" is located on the lower level of the JW Marriott. You will not find it without asking a few people once inside the hotel. Then... you're told the hotel charges a "handling fee" to accept your package. Capitalism at it's finest.

OMG Robert and Tiara were outstanding!!! Jeezzzz they raised the customer service bar to the highest level!! Love it!!! Jamal and Alleiah were also great! Can’t thank them enough for far exceeding my expectations!
