I visited this FedEx Print & Ship Center on July 29, 2025, around 11 AM for passport photos, both printed and digital. Unfortunately, the experience was frustrating and unprofessional due to the behavior of the employee who assisted me — a Caucasian male who acted as if he had managerial authority.
From the start, when I requested a digital copy so I could print additional photos if needed, he responded with confusion and dismissiveness, acting as if my request was unreasonable. He even suggested that it was impossible to print from a digital copy, which felt like an insult to my intelligence. After paying over $30 for six printed photos and receiving the digital copy, I immediately noticed that the digital version had a noticeable shadow in the background, making it unusable for official purposes. When I pointed this out, he dismissively stated that the digital copy is different from the printed one, which was both deceptive and frustrating.
Ultimately, I ended up with a digital copy that was completely useless and felt like I had been misled and disrespected. After expressing my frustration on a phone call with a friend, the employee approached me afterward, standing uncomfortably close and creating an atmosphere of intimidation rather than assistance.
This experience went beyond poor service; it felt like a deliberate attempt to undermine and disrespect me. I attempted to report this to FedEx by phone but was told that I would need to write a letter to address staff issues and he did not know the corporate address I should use, which felt like another layer of dismissal.
I hope FedEx addresses this behavior and ensures that all customers are treated with respect and professionalism.

Counter clearly she was sitting in the back
Refused the service and said I am busy now
If you can do it yourself there's the machine
With out even listening my request I think
It all comes from top role models of this prestigious business!!

Alexis is the best! I needed a bunch of marketing items printed at the last minute and they turned out great. She was super helpful and took the time to make sure everything was perfect. I highly recommend her and this location.

Awful customer service at this location. Young African American women with braids is horrible. She is rude and does not have a problem being rude in front of her manager. The manager, a tall mature caucasian male,
condones her behavior.

January 18th 4:45 pm. 2 employees. Both females. Not rude but , sure as heck not welcoming in the least bit. No smile from either one , no problem. Problem is , I feel that they are not eager at all to serve me. Almost as though I was bothering them. The one behind the counter that was serving me asked me something and because I did not understand seemed a bit bothered . The other one who was working on a project seemed to take exception at me saying « «I don’t understand « and said out loud and most likely directed at me something to the effect, « I would close down the store and say. O more service ». In the end the girl who was serving me began to be helpful. The other one, glasses braids working on the project, just left me with a bad taste in my mouth. I say , For what I I just came to get stuff printed out and asked a few innocent questions . Customer service from her👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿

The address is incredibly misleading. FedEx is actually not on Massachusetts avenue at all but on 7th st, about halfway between Massachusetts and I St. They should give directions to this address whenever anyone schedules a pickoff or dropoff, put up signs, or at least add more pictures on Google Maps.
There are also a ton of different places marked 650 Massachusetts Ave, including an empty, papered up storefront that looks just like the exterior photos of the FedEx store on Google Maps so I thought that maybe the location had closed.
The suite number is just confusing because none of the entrances I saw to 650 Massachusetts had one and it makes it seem like you might have to enter through one of the locked office building entrances.

Avoid recommending this location to others. The staff lacks proper training in customer respect, and their behavior shows that interacting well with people is not their main focus.

Complete rip off. Went in for a simple print job and it ended up costing 3 times my other quote. $200 for some b&w copies that should have cost $60. Avoid this location. They will rip you off. If this post is up, they never resolved the issue.
