Friendly staff, but the place reeks of cigarettes. Plus the WiFi is EXTREMELY slow. I had to stand by the door to get a print code.

I visited 3 different location prior to this one, great customer service, I need to cut a few magnets marketing signage, they let me borrow the slider and do my own cuts. They were the only people in town willing to help. Great Job guys keep it up.

Spent about 40 min for a simple shipment. It took forever to check the rates, jumping from one PC to another, changing three in a row. Wake up FedEx, this is 21 century for god's sake. Train your employees and get better equipment.

This review is about international shipment. Horrible experience. Can't believe a FedEx agent is not qualified enough to enter a correct address from the waybill customer fills out. She put in completely different country and the package is still there, 28 days since shipment. Note that FedEx will not be helpful at all to re-route the package. I have been calling them for the last two weeks, NOTHING, the package is still in a wrong country. I will use USPS or DHL, will never use FedEx again.

Customer service is horrible! They make you feel rushed and cut you off without being able to get a word in. I will never go to this property again.
