If you’re looking for a passport picture, do not even go. It doesn’t work. It always don’t work. They always tell you ohh it was working yesterday, but it doesn’t work right now.

I drop off my package in this location and my tracking didn't update. I called customer service every day for a month because the content of the package was important and time sensitive, and they were not helpful at all (even tried to gaslight that I didn't hand in the package). I came to this location at least four times to check if they still have the package, and each time I was met with rude and apathetic employee, including the manager. They just made it clear that they didn't want to help me, except for this one man at the printing station who at least attempted to try. Imagine my disappointment a month later when I got a call from the store itself that my package never left the store, it was beyond incompetence and again, apathetic, no apologies whatsoever. I will never return, and will try to avoid fedex.

Definitely the worst people in all of FedEx. Extremely rude and unpleasant. And to top it off, they lost my package. Please, if you're thinking of sending something, never use this FedEx office.

This is my go-to FedEx office in D.C., they were so quick to deliver on my organization's orders! Jennifer, the store manager, is excellent at customer relationship management. Jennifer and the store helped me find important discounts for my large orders. As a nonprofit organization, we don't always have the budget to accomplish our necessary outreach goals. This FedEx store was great at working with our smaller budget while staying firm on prices.

The fedex location I usually go to has become so... hostile. The emoloyees are always in a bad mood and always seem so rushed and overwhelmed and the wait was always ridiculous. So 3 months ago I sought out a new location to use and even though the Mildred street location is 3 times the distance. It is soooo worth it. Parking was better. The location was clean and so straight forward. The wait was non existant, their employee Jim and the younger guy working with him, were so helpful and informative. I was in and out of there in no time and their positive attitudes made my stressful day better. Thanks Jim for your patience, good advice and great experience. ?

The payment system to use the computer and printout stuff totally sucks. It’s a scam.

I went to the FedEx Center to fax a single page to a local number. I them asked how much it would be for for a single local fax. The person said $1.89. After he did the fax I couldn't believe the charge came to $4.97. Why more than twice as much? They said they are charging for the desk person to assist me. Why didn't he tell me this up front when I asked them? To continue: then when I put in my credit card to pay, it said I had to agree that "I have read and accept all terms and conditions". But I wasn't given any terms and conditions beforehand. It gave a web address for all the terms and conditions - so I went to it. Page after page of legal matters - waiving away arbitration rights and etc. and etc. More than I could read standing there. I told the man that I had to decline to agree - but I wanted to pay - but it wouldn't let me without me saying I had "read and understood" the legal requirements, which I couldn't say I had. I ended up just giving the person five dollars in cash - which the man accepted - but I wasn't able to get a receipt for it - the man said because I couldn't confirm my legal knowledge. Summary: I had to pay more than twice what I was told the fee would be, and then was unable to get a receipt for my cash payment due to all the mind-numbing excessive legalese. All for a simple fax. Was this a good service? I'd been to this location for well over ten years and it wasn't like this in the past. I'd strongly recommend you try to avoid FedEx now. Instead, use one of the simple apps you can download to send a fax at at just a fraction of the fee, (and sometimes even for free). Just avoid the FedEx surprises and complications.

In this place, where service is sought, the staff aims for friendly, but it's not quite caught. Efforts are there, yet efficiency wanes, as gossip distracts, and focus strains. A vibe of standoffish, perhaps unintended, amidst the chatter, the service is extended. A friendly facade, yet it seems they're adrift, a nudge towards diligence could mend the rift.

Brittany was incredibly helpful when I had a snag with a shipment recently. I see her often at this location and she is always efficient, friendly and competent.

Staff might get the job done, but they are incredibly rude. Be it it pick-ups, printing, or shipping, we always get yelled at while the staff members try to get rid of us before even listening to our full question/request.

I brought in a very HEAVY box with furniture that I was returning to the shipper. I gave the code for the address label. EVIDENTLY this was never attached to the box and it was Re-delivered to my address the next day. The box sat in the rain in front of my door for hours and is now no longer deliverable to ANY address.REALLY negligent and poor service on the part of this FedEx office.
