I’ve been twice in the past 2 months and had great customer service both times. Self printing documents is very easy, and they were helpful with printing a poster.

This place appears to still use dial-up for their internet service. When dropping off a package and having to print a label Mario said it would take 5 minutes to receive an email which only took 3. Wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Jennifer literally gave me THE BEST customer service I’ve received in such a long time! I walked in a bit stressed due to running behind for an event I needed a last minute print job done for but I’m leaving out not only feeling prepared after having completed the job, but joy filled after having had such a pleasant encounter! She walked me through each step with patience and the entire time I was completing my work, I witnessed her give the same genuinely bubbly service to everyone who walked in! More people willing to give & be of service like Jennifer are needed in this world! #Grateful

I have been using this location for business printing services for over a year and they’re always incredible. I’ve printed everything from menus, flyers, custom placemats, and every time the staff is fast, kind, courteous, and the quality is amazing. The once or twice there have been mistakes (and mostly my fault- I forgot to attach the right file once) they’ve jumped to action to fix the issue and ensure I receive the orders quickly and at that same amazing quality.

Both the staff members were polite.
Moises was really patient and helpful in figuring out a multi country shipment for me.

Same as another reviewer. Sent a broken iPhone back to Apple per instructions and fully sealed. Apple claims the box was empty when they received it. Would guess someone is very good at getting into the very obvious iPhone return packaging. Also they know the phones have been removed from iCloud so no way to track.

Warning.
I shipped a defective iPhone back to Apple using this FedEx location; however, Apple said that the box arrived EMPTY. At some point, someone removed the iPhone from the package, but FedEx is denying responsibility.

Do not send things through fedex. Fully outdated systems, running on hard copies, staff that will lie through their teeth to get you off the phone, no email confirmation, a terribly frustrating customer experience all around.

Had a great experience going back to 2006 to try to print a single piece of paper. It doesn’t need to be this complicated. And the employee didn’t need to be so unhelpful, acting like everyone should know to use their archaic printing system. 2 out of the 3 people trying to print when I was there left without their printouts because it’s so hard to navigate.

Not open at posted hours. Showed up 20 minutes after they were supposed to open - the door was locked and lights were off.
