Do not send things through fedex. Fully outdated systems, running on hard copies, staff that will lie through their teeth to get you off the phone, no email confirmation, a terribly frustrating customer experience all around.

Had a great experience going back to 2006 to try to print a single piece of paper. It doesn’t need to be this complicated. And the employee didn’t need to be so unhelpful, acting like everyone should know to use their archaic printing system. 2 out of the 3 people trying to print when I was there left without their printouts because it’s so hard to navigate.

I’ve never written a review before but this was bad enough that I had to share. The employee at this FedEx wasted an hour of my time while trying to print out stuff for a wedding. She consistently tried to find ways not to do her job, she would not assist with technical difficulties, come to find out she was lying and did receive my files in multiple formats to which she finally said was she won’t accept the PDF files. She did everything in her power be unhelpful, took other customers first because printing would take longer so by that logic, if there was an endless stream of customers, she would never have to print anything all. And when that did not work, she resorted to outright lying about being able to open a PDF. Bad customer service is one thing but this was outright spiteful just to be spiteful.

WARNING: Do NOT trust the employees at this store! I brought in a laptop for shipping, the employee boxed it in a non-padded, non-laptop box and it, surprise, broke on the way. The company says that, based on their "investigation," I packaged the item myself and they will not honor the claim for the item. Use ANYONE else until they train their employees correctly and, if you still go anyway and have to file a claim, expect for the company to treat you like dirt and call you a liar.

Quick, efficient, friendly. I was helped my the assistant manager. I came into the store on a Tuesday at 12:45 pm. There was no line. Unable to send to a mailing PO Box - had to provide physical address. Unable to pay with Apple Pay - had to provide debit card number through a picture. Paid $11.85 to send out a FedEx envelope with a check “FedEx Express Saver” - scheduled delivery 3 days later with tracking number

Wouldn’t recommend this place for passport photos cuz they yellowed my face and got my application delayed. Happened to another friend of mine as well.

I am very disappointed with stinky attitude which is a short black woman with long nails. Because she ignore me which I am first in the line and wait for my turn, I am approaching her and I told her that She knows that I am first. She suddenly had bad attitude which is not appropriate as professional. I felt that she is not a qualified and I decided to leave this store.

Some employee at this location made a false account on eBay and is stealing high dollar packages. Thank god I caught it before I shipped it there. His other sellers weren’t as lucky.

The lady there is extremely caring and professional. I had very large boxes and she kept checking on me to see if I can move them by myself. She also lend me the cart. Definitely feel like she really cares and likes her job.

These people have a high-demand job while dealing with extremely impatient city folk. These reviews show and all of these people have never worked a customer service job or working for the services of other people and projecting their stress. The staff here is super chill and always have a conversation with them. I arrived right at closing one time and I needed to print important audition sides for a TV show - and they had locked up - one of the gals saw me and came to the door with my printed pages free of charge. It made my day - she payed it forward and truly helped my day with a smile on her face. A lot of people really need to take a look in the mirror and work on their patience. We're all here to help one another.
