Believe the other poor reviews these people do not respond. Their lack of professionalism resulted in my policy being terminated for $50 and now I’m high-risk so all of my premiums are quadrupled. Allstate lost a good customer for a one day $50 lapse in coverage. I called so many times prior to my coverage lapsing begging to get a new agent and Allstate does not help with that. Allstate in fact sucks, thus explaining the lack of accountability for this ghetto office.

I have been with Allstate for over 10 years for personal auto and rental insurance. So when I started my own small business, they were my go to place for coverage. However, after poor customer care and lack of responses, I decided to change all of my policies. Felicia Folarin and her team completely mishandled my policy termination. It has 10 months and I am still dealing with the mess they made - including sending me and my business to a collection agency when they have clearly stated several times the error was on their part. If you are looking for an agent - steer clear of Felicia and her team.

So I called Allstate to check an issue and the woman at the front desk Jerri whatever has a serious attitude I have never in my life been spoken to with such rudeness and sarcasm before at a place where I do business at! This lady clearly needs to be trained more with her customer skills. I have never been redirected to go to another business when I’m already giving my business to this establishment and have been for quite sometime. I’m so done with them at this point and this place does not need to represent Allstate!!!!!!!!
