went to make a warranty claim for a water heater. I had to wait for one hour the person in charge of doing it that duty because the others who were there said it was not their responsibility to fo that task and they are not that friendly.i went DC ferguson customer service is very poor

Rude staff, after calling to see if they had the part I needed, oh yeah we have that! Get here, no we don't have anything like that. Then rude under their breath comment. Only relieved 2 stars because one guy acted like he was trying to help.

After a stop in Home Despot and Lowzzz (both wastes of time) and a visit into Annie's Ace (usually solves the problem but not today) I stuck my nose in here to see if they help "regular" folks.They do. I was in and out in under a minute with the part to fix my three-day-old problem.*sob* I love you.

Called Ferguson Plumbing in Frederick Md. for a part I needed for my water heater. Was assured they had the part at another location, and it would be shipped. At that time they charged my credit card for the part. A couple of hours later, I received a call that they didn't have the part and could not find one anywhere. I asked for a refund and that would have been that. However, they were not able to issue my refund for 1 week! I had to repeatedly call and ask for the refund. Finally received my refund - but it was $5 short of what I paid. So in essence I was charged for their inadequacies. Wonderful company. I'll never ever use this company again!

Terrible telephone support. I ordered a part, went to the Hunt Valley store to pick it up and they had no record of it. I called back and I was put on hold for 20 minutes....never ordering from them again!
