i think is the corporation as a whole. I was blocked from my account so when I call I was left on hold for 30 minutes just for them to get information that was already documented. They come back with more issues to put me on hold for another 15 minutes just to say they can't help me and find another institute to bank with .... one thing in life you can't get back this time which they wasted for nothing to be resolved. It Definitely moved then to the worst service i've ever experienced. Ive gotten better service at a fast food restaurant that doesn't know my personal information or handle the same quantity of money as a so called investment bank !!!!

I have been a satisfied client of Fidelity for over ten years with two different employers 401k retirement accounts. The customer service is excellent over the phone as well as in person. The staff is personable and knowledge in various financial products. I love ❤️ Fidelity!

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! Do not bank with Fidelity Investments. Go to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) website and you will see how many people complaint consistently. The Washington, DC branch assistant manager of this office is rude, unprofessional and completely unhelpful. This branch along with the Fidelity deserve 0 stars. Do not believe me? Do your research online.

I asked to have my account options enabled. Their website said it would take 1-2 days. It has been 4 days. I called in and they said there is nothing they can do and I just need to wait until they process it. Even talked to a supervisor. Nothing they can do. What terrible service.
