I have my car washed here at Connecticut Ave and Albermale, using one of their multiple times monthly rate. I think it is worthy as one sometimes bring it more than 2 times/month and one has to pay more than the monthly rate. They wash all the floor coverings, vacuum clean the interior and depending on the package you buy it has different services.
Staff is good, recommend tip in the box.

Service was fast and great! The workers are friendly and they took time to ensure my ride was clean. Edwin did a fantastic job making sure the inside of the car was dry too. Highly recommend!

Even one star is too much for this car wash. The staff are rude, lazy, and completely careless. I paid for the most expensive wash, and my car still came out filthy. There were bird droppings on it before, and they were still there afterward. When I pointed it out, they tried to say it was an “old stain.” Seriously? It’s a 2025 car, not some rusty old junker. The interior was just as bad—the cup holders, doors, and console were untouched. This place is a total scam and should honestly be shut down. Daylight robbery. Avoid this place at all costs!

Why have the car washed if the windows aren’t cleaned??? An Awful mess they left…. only the inside driver’s side front window was “cleaned” and the side windows smeared completely. Not going back there!

Went on a Friday and it was pretty busy so the car didn’t get vacuumed as well as I’d hoped. Spoke to the cashier and she set me up with Gabriel who went above and beyond to make sure my interior was spotless. He was thorough and did much more than a quick pass of the vacuum. Gabriel was very kind and I appreciated his attention to detail despite it being a busy Friday morning, he made my day!

I paid for a deluxe exterior wash on 31 August 25. I had very distinct stain of dirt on my vehicle that I was expecting to be gone after the wash. The stain and every other blemish was still on my car. It is too overpriced to be an ineffective wash. Please do better.

BEWARE! In October of 2024, a cashier at this location signed people up for membership, telling them that it was $12 per month and that they were being upgraded to the higher package for unlimited car washes per month as part of a company signup bonus incentive. What was truly happening is that they were running a promo of $38 for the first month, but thereafter the price goes to $60+. You thought that the first month's membership was just being applied to your payment for a car wash that day, but you were actually signed up for an unlimited car wash membership package. Flagship customer service attempted to rectify the situation by offering me three months free, which is the reason I am giving three stars; however, I still overpaid hundreds of dollars for a service I did not use, merely so that a cashier committing fraud could receive a small bonus. And guess what, they still charged me at the cash register each time I went in no matter that I have the membership.

Initial 9/24 - 4 star: I go to this car wash regularly. I like it overall because the staff is friendly and they have a membership deal. However, there is still bird mess on my car. Other car wash facilities I've been to before get the messes off my car. I try to get it off my car before it settles due to heat and time. I will spend extra time getting the mess off my car myself. Other than the clean not being thorough, I recommend this car wash facility.
Update 8/25 - 5 Star: Since my last review, service here has improved. Staff is still friendly but the staff has done a great job in keeping my car clean. One time, a staff member took bird mess off of my car right before I got in to drive a few months ago. Today, the manager was outside helping, which is rare to see these days. Specifically, Edder and Diaz were outstanding in helping my car stay clean today. If you are in need of a quick wash/regular cleaning maintenance, I highly recommend this place!

I’d only come back for the $15 exterior wash and handle everything else myself. I paid for the $44 flagship package, but the interior was cleaned only half-heartedly. When we asked them to fix it, they tried to claim the flagship package doesn’t include interior cleaning. After we pointed it out, they gave it another try, but that’s not how it should be. They should pay attention and do the job right the first time.
