We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and thank them for using their expertise to help us.Dr. Dalia Elkassabany did an excellent job explaining to me her proposed treatment plan, answering my questions and ensuring we were well taken care of.

In DC for work. Dropped my glasses on the street Friday afternoon. They were able to make me a replacement stat to help me see enough to get me over the weekend and Monday, Truly life savers! Rex is the man!

This was my first time at this location. Dr. Julia Garr was phenomenal. She took time to throughly explain what was happening with my eyes and helped me make informed decisions. Will definitely be back.

Dr Garr is great, she's the best eye dr I've ever met with and has been helping me with my dry eye problems. She is organized, helpful and I feel like she really listens to me and makes thoughtful recommendations. Would highly recommend!

The staff here are so kind and welcoming! I tend to have lots of anxiety around medical visits, but this place made me feel calm and at home from the moment I walked in. I’d recommend this place to anyone! This is definitely going to be my regular office :)

Great experience. Everything went so smoothly, and Dr. Garr is fantastic - super helpful and friendly. Sylvia, the optician was also really nice, as was the front desk person. This is the third MyEyeDr location I've visited in the last 5 years (the other 2 were in VA) and it's by far the best.

From the check in the people at the front desk so nice friendly and welcoming and then the attendant was so friendly and answered all my questions and the eye doctor on point so nice found a eye doctor and eye place thank you all and the office was so clean.

I love this place! Everyone is so nice. They Have state of the art machines and a great selection of eyeglasses. Dr. Fraire is awesome, Rex is wonderful and Eymis is so nice. Love this place!

They charged me and my insurance for the same services. Insurance covered everything except $5 copay—they did not return the extra amount that I paid ($40). They pocketed it.

Dr. Dalia Elkassabany is absolutely wonderful to be a patient of! She provides such supportive and knowledgeable care, ensuring I have no questions or needs by the time I leave. I always expect and receive an amazing and thorough experience. Also shout out to the my eye doc team at this location…they’re always so positive and helpful!

I went for a routine eye exam there this morning, and I told them I only need those basic items covered by my insurance. But they still asked me to do an additional test which I had to pay 44 dollars myself. I asked them before the exam and they told me that is part of the routine. That additional test was the first one, so if I didn’t agree, they wouldn’t continue the rest of the check. I had to agree to continue. I only figured it out after my visit by calling my insurance company that they lied to me. That’s definitely an optional test and not necessary for the routine one. They steal money by lying to patients! Be careful and avoid this place!

I love the care I receive from Dr. Garr. She has been the best part of my care team for as long as I’ve lived in DC. She’s friendly, patient, kind, and she always makes me feel like she’s listening. Everyone in the office takes incredible care to make sure that my experience is a positive one. This includes the front desk staff and office administrators, some who I have know for years.
