Absolutely stellar. I have used G&D multiple times for registration purposes, and their service is just incredible. Both Rich and Tia are great at making the experience easy to understand and are patient with both new and returning customers. I would like to start off by saying thank you, Tia for making the process, smooth and easy if you’re unfamiliar with the process in DC start right here and yes, this is a one stop shop!!!! When I was being prepared to have my interview/registration she definitely encourage me to come 15 minutes early so you do not miss your appointment due to extremely limited parking. When I did complete registration, there was no questions asked everything was in my folder and ready to go. Upon completion and picking up my registered firearm, I definitely felt safe and secured.

Tia Also Took My Services without an appointment and i also was a last minute customer,great customer service, quick turnaround, You can tell they really care about their customers and take pride in their work. I WAS TRANSFERRING MY FIREARM TO DC AND RICH WENT OUT HIS WAY TO RETRIEVE IT FROM UNITED GUN SHOP, I DOUBLE CHECKED AND CALLED HIM RIGHT AWAY TO CONFIRM , I SET AN APPT WITH HIM AND HE WAS VERY NICE MAN ! YOU DON'T GET THAT TYPE OF GOOD ENERGY ELSE WHERE , REAL STAND UP GUY AND ALL ABOUT BUSINESS , HE TREATED ME WITH THE UP MOST RESPECT ! AND ALWAYS COMMUNICATED AMONGST PICKING UP MY FIREARM AND I WALKED OUT THE NEXT DAY WITH A HAPPY SMILE , NICE & CLEAN AND ORGANIZED ! BEST FFL IN DC
