Best sandwich in Farragut Sq area. I have been eating here since original location. Food is always good.

I had a very good egg sandwich, prepared from scratch on the spot. I was impressed to hear that they make all baked goods on the spot, with fresh yeast and quality flour. This is quite rare, I think. Very kind service, will definitely go back.Wheelchair accessibility: The place is mostly on the same level as the sidewalk, no step so easy to roll in a wheelchair. I did not see whether the toilet was also on the same level.

Their bahn mi sandwich is the best I've ever had, tried so it in many other places and no one can compare! Every time I'm in DC I always make it a point to stop by and grab me a sandwich, even if it's to go!

One of my favorites for quick take out. The food is always good. The quality is consistent.

I decided to go here because someone else wanted to. I went with the flow and when we entered, it was really empty with one person behind the counter. I suppose it was not a super busy time or not a popular time. The person attended to us quickly and switched our order to takeout when asked. The place was clean. The menu was displayed with all the prices and food was displayed. It was interesting that no other customers were there until two other people appeared. The food was fine and not completely bad but now after reading other reviews, I’m not going out of my way to go there again.

Falafel salad was terrible. Falafel was burned to a black crisp. This place went down hill. I remember it being great years ago, but this is the first time I’ve been back in a while. Just awful now. Won’t be back again.

It's DC, so lord knows I'm no stranger to overpriced salads, but at least attempt to make it seem like you are getting something for your $12. The "roasted" cauliflower appeared to have been roasted in the refrigerator and nowhere else and the rest of the salad was composed of lettuce, a LOT of red onion and some feta. Blech.

Tried this place with a colleague who suggested it from recommendations from a different colleague. Upon reviewing the menu, I had to try the Kentucky sandwhich, mainly because I do like a crispy fried chicken breast, but with angry mayonnaise? That got my attention because Food Network chef Michael Chiarello has a recipe for that which I've made but always wondered how it would compare to others. It's basically mayonnaise with pan-roasted basil, chili, garlic and orange zest (yup it's some work) and then folded (after cooling) into mayonnaise with lemon juice. Theirs was pretty tasty, more spicy than mine, which I liked. The chicken was well fried and the mushrooms were a nice touch but a bit slippery to get in with a good bite. We got our food to go because, work, but at 1:30 pm, the main lunch rush was mostly gone and it was pretty relaxed and quiet inside. Would like to try some of the global menu next time.

Very disappointing lunch. Falafel was dry and bland, with the wrap disintegrating in my hands. The turkey club was turkey pieces on a ciabatta. Service was slow. We do not recommend.

Sucked. It sucked bad. The Water tasted like dirt. Eggs were nasty, tasted like soggy celery puke. Bacon was fine, but it was all stuck together so some edges were completely raw and uneatable. The potatoes were meh and unseasoned, but at least they were cooked all the way, unlike the toast. The toast wasn't toast, just cold bread with grill marks. In all, the experience was awful and I would've asked for my money back if I wasn't on a school trip
