I went to GEEK Squad just to transfer my data from my iPhone to the iCLOUD and they told me they fix apple products but I had to make an appointment.So I waited 3 days and when it came to the appointment they couldn't fix it and told me they didn't have the correct cord to help me so they told me to go to apple store (in other words they didn't help me but waste my time).

I was a member for several years and, early on, the service was quite good. In the last year, agents were not able to fix problems but after 20 to 30 minutes they claimed they fixed my issues when they hadn't. When the box asking if the problem was solved and I was satisfied, two agents clicked yes themsleves before I could say otherwise Don't believe their "success" rate, it's fraudulent.

False advertising. They don’t repair Apple products. Don’t come here. I made an appointment to have my phone repaired. Got there and was told that I have to take it to where I bought it. I said that’s not what the website says. Don’t go and waste your time like me.

Was told online they service apple products, wrote that I have an apple product in the problem description, but was turned away at the front desk for services and not contacted prior. The attendant also gave false information stating that my laptop could not be fixed by apple and they would refuse services because my computer was too old. I just contacted apple support and they informed me that her information was false and my laptop was able to be serviced. I wouldn’t trust going here, and I am upset that she gave false information.

Horrible customer service. I was told that if I needed to reach out to a manager outside of their location/site, I have to reach out myself. The site manager for totaltech would not assist with reaching out and connecting me, and would not provide her full name to me.

I have enrolled with Tech Support 2 year ago ($199/year) The only positive thing that came out was that they unblocked my computer I brought to their Best Buy shop. 1) But they were unable to open a corrupted file. They gave me the name of a company which never answered my call. 2 ) And their REMOTE HELP has been abysmal with me. Lots of boiler plate formulas ( "We are going to go to the bottom of it, rest assured we will solve your issue etc...Thank you for your patience... .blablabla...) Yesterday, I had a problem, very easily treatable: removing all editing marks on a text I have edited. These marks had popped inadvertently. I must have pressed a key unknowingly or the computer had "decided" to show them. -First, I got a well-meaning agent who worked TWO HOURS. He apparently cleaned the text from all marks. I gave a very positive survey for him. BUT when I went back to my text, all the marks had reappeared! -Secondly: I reconnected with Geek Squad. Got another "expert" He spent two hours on the issue. Then he called me, saying he was afraid to spoil my text by erasing it. I asked him to work on a copy of the original. I copied it for him, thinking he would go on. After waiting for him to talk to me, I saw he has left and has declared "Success" on the message window. Plus he left me the site of MICROSOFT for help. !! THIRDLY: I went to you Tube and found that site. IN 3 MINUTES, MY MARKS WERE ERASED. I ONLY HAD TO CLICK ON " ACCEPT ALL CHANGES" in the REVIEW case, on the TOOLBAR. i WILL NOT RENEW MY MEMBERSHIP TO GEEK SQUAD. -

I had discovered his computer repair shop a few weeks ago while I was already inside the store looking to buy a cellphone. I remembered this place because I have an old Lenovo T430 laptop computer that has had a problem with the lid hinge. The e hinge is very loose, and even though it still functions, I have been concerned that one day the lid will no longer close properly. So I did a quick search on the Internet, and noticed this place has been receiving some negative feedback. I wasn't sure what to do,because most of the other computer repair shops were quite a distance to where I live. This place happens to be very close. So I figured I would give this place a try anyway. I went and spoke with the nice lady behind the desk and explained the situation. She indicated to me that the eir shop doesn't perform repairs on systems that are more than ten years old. But she was kind enough to give me some helpful suggestions about some repair shops who actually do fix older computers. I thought that she was helpful so I wanted to let people know that they are not hat bad!
