The gentlemen were incredibly professional. We appreciated the approach of surveying what was moving and what was remaining, and also on arrival to new home. I appreciated the senior veterans of the group who spoke up and gave good corrective feedback in realtime and taught the less seasoned members of the team. They were all very respectful of our new space- taking off shoes etc to enter carpeted areas. They worked hard and efficiently, and cleaned as they went. They worked well together as a team, with positive energy and communication. They listened to each other and helped each other out. We could not have been happier with our move, and nothing is broken!

I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with Gentle Giant from the booking experience to the move into storage. My expectations were far exceeded by the courtesy and professionalism of the Gentle Giant team assigned to my move. The pack and prep team arrived on time, introduced themselves and with great care packed my belongings. I would like to mention the crew chief Paul, and Eric for an outstanding job ensuring that everything was wrapped, boxed and catalogued expertly, affording me great confidence that there would be no damage or loss of items. On day two, the team arrived on time with the same high level of energy, professionalism and courtesy. It was so obvious to me that your employees are extremely well trained to handle everything from small valuable items to large heavy pieces. Each item was given careful attention. I would like to mention the crew chief Karun for his tireless effort to keep the move on schedule, expertly catalogued and insured with great attention to detail that the move out was complete. I have great confidence in Gentle Giant teams and look forward to the move out of storage in to my new house when the schedule permits.

Armi and his team did an incredible job! The team arrived right on time, worked efficiently, and handled all of our belongings with great care. We have kids and are a working family. The team worked non stop for 14hs straight! To make sure our kids beds were assembled so they could sleep in our new house comfortably. They wrapped furniture securely, carefully packed fragile items, and made sure everything was placed exactly where we wanted it. They were friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make the process stress-free. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction really stood out. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy moving service.

The last time I moved was eight years ago, and I swore I would never do it again. It was such a terrible experience. This time, however, it couldn’t have gone better. My great thanks to Gentle Giant. From my first contact with them to the end, they were professional, kind, caring, and all-around helpful. And they were truly gentle to all my belongings. Special thanks to Andrew Hashway who worked with me to make sure everything would go smoothly and professionally. And I’d like to single out the gentleman who were my gentle giants: team leader Armin and crew Erick, Octavian, Boban, Mason, Milan, and Jancarlo. I can’t say enough about their terrific work. These guys were highly trained, skilled, and professional. I highly recommend Gentle Giant. Each person I interacted with was a great representative of the company and demonstrated professionalism and friendliness at every opportunity. Thank you!!

Gentle Giant Movers was super easy and handled all of my furniture with ease. Taner and Gino were friendly, calm, and easy to work with. When faced with an unexpected parked car in the moving spot, they were able to pivot without any issue or complaint. They even took care of my plants! Highly recommend this company.

While the movers were nice, I have never had slower movers. Having moved a lot, I felt this time was very slow. The crew of 3 split up and packed different sections of the house. In past experiences, crews would tag team rooms, pack items, and do so at a MUCH faster pace. I was very disappointed.

The team we had was professional, fast, courteous, and highly capable. They packed a large truck more efficiently than I've ever seen (and I do it frequently). I can't say enough good things about the crew we had (Armin, Boban, Zarko, and Barry). Thanks guys, you were wonderful and made the move so easy.

The crew who moved 3 truckloads of goods did a superb job - always carefully wrapping the furniture and hustling throughout. In addition, all of the crew was polite and engaging. It was the prefect combination. This was our 3rd time using Gentle Giant; we never entertained another company.

We had the best moving experience with Gentle Giant in August! The packers and movers were professional, on-time, very careful with our belongings and efficient. Our team was Dex, Mason and Barry. Dex deserves a gold medal for his driving and parking in Dupont Circle. He de-escalated several situations where other people wanted to park in the area the moving truck was in. He and the team worked so hard and always smiled even when moving boxes and boxes of books! Everything came over in one piece. The boxes they used were very high quality. The team was easy to talk to and even though they were doing the hardest work ever they never looked frustrated or tired! I cannot be more complimentary of the three men who took such good care of us. Moving is so stressful and they made it easier for us. We would use them again and definitely reccomend the company. Thank you again Dex, Barry and Mason!!!
