This store doesn’t have all of what I want but they usually have the essentials. The store is well maintained and clean. The carts are loud and rickety but usable. I like that the security guard is watchful and not on his phone. I appreciate the prompt assistance going thru the self checkout like. There is plenty of ty if parking but park under the lights at night. Also be mindful this store shares a parking g lot with Home Depot. I ran in for one item. I’ve gotten two nails in my tires over the last 8 months. This was the second time.

Worse giant literally came for one item self checkout not open only two lanes open and lines down the aisles. Don't waste your time was waiting at customer service for a while nobody was standing there. Phone was ringing mind you this At 9a so people are trying to be in and out

love this giant. always come and have good experiences. cashiers are always so helpful and if ur lost they help!!! they are also respectful if we make a mistake at self check out and help us improve on how to do it. my childhood giant!!!!

Just finished spending 125 dollars on groceries at this store , been shopping here for two years and I always experienced great costumer service until today . After I paid for my food I asked the clerk for one plastic bag to put my chicken in. She told me “NO, THAT WILL BE 5 CENTS!” With a nasty attitude . I spent 125 dollars, and you’re harassing me over 5 cents?!?!? She looks new at giant , never seen her before but her costumer service skills are complete trash, she should not be working there . She also had an attitude with the man ahead of me , she was sucking her teeth at him just because he was taking a while to use his card ( he was elderly). I didn’t respond to her because I didn’t want to come out of character. I will avoid her moving forward or I’ll shop at the Harris teeeter. Management , put her in the back stocking boxes away from people , she should not be interacting with people

Although they have a good selection in their store… this location is a long walk from the Rhode Island Ave metro station…. Now they have a check in bag policy where they give you a wristband and they take your bag at the door to prevent theft…. Sketchy surrounding area. Be cautious while walking especially as a pedestrian. Also when I was in there, their system was down so I was not able to use my Giant Gift Card while paying for my groceries. Very annoying! I would try to avoid coming back to this location.

Very disappointed. How is it that a costumer comes in and explains that the salmon is spoiled and smells rotten to a wonderful SUPERVISOR/MANAGER. However, once we go back to the disrespectful ASSOCIATE (ANTHONY) who claims he works in the meat department, but has no license to cut fish. With the bag of fish in his hand and proof that the weight is the same, he starts to argue and called me the B word as I was leaving. He thought I did not hear him. Where is the quality control? Where are the authorities? Not auditing to see if the food that’s refrigerated has the correct temperature or has expired? Things can go bad, but having someone disrespect you knowing that they work in a grocery store Is unacceptable. The poor quality/service in the meet/seafood department at this Giant is disgustingly unprofessional.

⚠️⚠️⚠️Mislabeled Deli Items!!
Warning to Customers, pre packaged items from the self serve section of the Deli are routinely mislabeled! This is the 2nd Time I have picked up Deli Meat Labeled as “ Honey Maple Turkey” that is actually PORK/HAM. I am Muslim but My Mother Isn’t. So I was able to still make the Sandwich She wanted( She is 87yrs Old)
