Made three trips to Home Depot and wish I had come here first! The store is *employee owned* which shows and makes it even more of a reason to come here. I needed some holes drilled in a project and these guys went out of their way to help. Everyone I ran into from the front desk to the manager was knowledgable and super helpful. Walked out with my problem solved with $40, after spending over $400 over my three trips to Home Depot first. I will never go anywhere else. Thanks guys.

Although they don't always have what you're looking for,they sure do have a surprising variety of products. Not just nuts and bolts,(which happens to be difficult to find in the right size sometimes)but they have storage bins, Tupperware,toys,treats,pest solutions,chain,metal,wood,rope,pipe,sand and more.This store(Glover Park ACE) should be the business model that everyone else copies for a premier shopping experience.The most critical part of any business and often overlooked- is the staff. EVERY individual who works at this location is friendly, courteous, patient and willing to help. I can NOT emphasize enough,how important it is to have a strong staff who actually care and are willing to do their job. The owner has done an excellent job selecting the right candidates and they never seem to be unhappy or leave. Everywhere else I go,has a new employee every other week. A successful business takes more than just great employees,it requires someone in charge to recognize that greatness. That's why I never blame employees who don't care or aren't knowledgeable -I blame the person/s who hired and trained or are training them. Employees are a direct reflection of what matters most to the employer.
