I have shopped here before but I recently went back for more items and Megan was AMAZING at helping me decide on gifts and items for myself. About a year ago I purchased items for my bridesmaids and a piece came in much later than anticipated. I contacted the store and they gave me a full refund. Overall I think this is a great store with helpful staff and the quality/price of the jewelry is amazing. Definitely a must go for cute gifts!

My girlfriend loved the gold bar necklace with our son's name engraved. Although it didn't last very long before breaking, she was very happy initially.

Came here with a friend back in late April. I own a few gorjana pieces: a necklace I wear daily, another one I wore for a period of time, and am looking to buy more. I've also been to two other gorjana stores: one in Philadelphia and one in Los Angeles. And let me tell you, the vibes are completely different here. My friend and I stopped by to look at jewelry during a light shopping day. There was a random rainstorm, but we figured we'd still take a look since I wanted to buy a necklace that would go with my earrings. We were pretty much ignored by the sales people and as were some of the other non-white patrons. They definitely had the staff to check in with us, but they kept ignoring us even if we looked in their direction. I get that my friend and I look young, but it definitely felt like they were only servicing people who looked at certain way.A week later I went to the Philadelphia store wondering if it was a commonplace to treat customers like this (in LA I just picked up an online order, but they were courteous). It was the same situation: went with a friend, it was raining, and there were several other patrons inside. And yet, someone greeted us immediately and checked in with us as we browsed (and tried on dome jewelry).I don't live in the area so I don't have to deal with coming back, but for those of you who do: don't expect much help unless you look a certain way.

Rude, unethical. I asked for 18k gold necklace but they only had 1 in store so I was abt to walk out. However, the sale associate there stopped me and tryna sell me 14k gold. She questioned me why would I want 18k, when 14 and 18 are same thing…?!!! Ummmm…….!?!!Also, I tried on the necklace they had, honestly, I looked like a tied up pig but my sale associate was like: oh beautiful, the necklace compliments your skin,…. Like can’t she see I could barely breath or what?? Also, even if it was 14k gold, it was still very expensive.Apparently these ppl got kpi to run, they do not care about you at all. You can wear the ugliest piece of jewelry and they still say it was made for you.

Love this brand! First time visiting the DC store, and the displays were amazing and the team was so nice. You could tell management is doing a great job because everyone was so knowledgeable and friendly. The manager really went above and beyond making sure that I found pieces perfect for me.

I own several pieces of Gorjana jewelry, that I love and had purchased online.I was beyond excited to discover they have a store located in Georgetown… decided to stop by yesterday. Unfortunately, I was completely ignored, even though I was clearly wearing 4 items of the collection.If I had at least been acknowledged during the 30 minutes I was in the store I would have made additional purchases.Bad customer service.

I've been to this store a couple of times. I fist knew of it because I spotted a girl at my local bakery wearing a cute pair of earrings and she told me where she had gotten them from. They do have a cute selection of earrings at a variety of prices and also a fine selection of real gold jewelry. I got my first few earrings about 10 months ago and I have to say so far I have been satisfied with their quality. The reason for my rating is because the staff has not been the friendliest, my latest pair a bought about 2 weeks ago and I am glad that I tried to put them in in the store immediately after purchase because I discovered that one of them was defective. I immediately notified the person that assisted me with the purchase, and during the interaction she implied that I had damaged it while I put it on and tried to fix it like three times saying here, it's fixed but it wasn't. The problem with the earring was that it was not snapping at the back and securing it properly, I did take a little offense at the suggestion that I had been the one to damage it, as if it was my very first time putting on an earring. At the end after her attempts to "fix it" and me stating that the problem continued, she hesitantly gave me a new one, with an attitude.

The ladies working here don’t even greet you when you walk in, they come off incredibly rude and stuck up. My three friends and I walked in here (planning to buy things) and as we were trying on rings a sales associate says to us “be careful with those” in an extremely rude tone. We were being careful, nothing we were doing was “not careful,” we’re all grown women looking to spend money here, of course we’re careful. How about you ask us if we need help or were interested in buying something? Beyond rude. I replied to her “of course we’re being careful, how else would we act?” To which she rolled her eyes. We immediately walked out, and I’m glad we did. Heard the jewelry is poor quality for the price and breaks/tarnishes anyways. Well all spend our money elsewhere :) Also, I’m unclear on why these ladies are acting like they work at the highest end jewelry store in DC, this is gorjana’s, not Tiffany’s, relax.

Went inside and was immediately greeted by Becca. I was interested in a pair of hoops but they were too small but Becca recommended me another pair which are actually perfect. 14k Gold, I got a classy timeless piece which I know I could wear forever. Great customer service, Becca is fabulous.

I had a truly outstanding experience shopping at this store. I was searching for an anniversary gift for my girlfriend so i stopped by this store. The employees were extremely attentive and walked me through all of my options throughout their collection. I ended up looking at the fine jewelry, and the associates that were helping me took the time to help me take pictures of the pieces I liked the most so that I could share with my family and get opinions. I decided on a diamond bracelet. the associates helping me nicely wrapped up the gift at no additional charge. I appreciate them being so attentive to me since other shoppers in the store being rude and aggressive while I was there. I am glad that I gave this store a try for a gift and I will definitely come back for future gifts

Extremely poor quality, don’t waste your money. Got lovely earrings and they broke in 2 days. I took them back and they exchanged. Four friends and I got matching diamond bracelets for $210 and all four of our bracelets have broken.

horrible customer service. was looking to spend a good amount of money here on for an upcoming formal, but the three young ladies working here could not stop gossiping to even greet me. they loudly complained the whole time while customer after customer walked out.
