I’ve been here several times and had different people cut my hair. You tend to get whichever stylist is available at the time of your visit… One of the ladies working the evening of Friday 10/27 was absolutely terrible. She cut into my beard and missed spots. I don’t have a complex cut, I literally wanted a half guard around the sides and back… I believe she cut my hair once before a couple months ago as well. The time before she cut a chunk of hair off and the entire back of my hair was uneven. I don’t know what to expect when I get my haircut here. It will either be decent from one of the more experienced people, or you’ll get this lady and she will mess your hair all up.

The price and quality is fantastic! I went several times close to the catholic university and I always was happy. Plus customer service is great!I mean every woman knows how annoying it is to pay double for a short hair cut compare to man. So, this doesn't happen here.

I always come here for a haircut. Price is good. The wait is always short. Sisay always does a great job! She is super kind and really knows how to cut your hair the way you want.

At what point should you not have to pay for a haircut? I have had some pretty bad haircuts, but this current time it was so bad that I want to cry. I won't be able to go out in public for weeks without feeling subconscious about how terrible I look, and how bad my hair is. I showed a picture of myself of how short I wanted it and gave clear instructions on where the lengths should be and even stopped the stylist multiple times to say I think it's being cut too short and she kept saying oh don't worry, then kept cutting. I hate it so much. I feel terrible right now. I don't want to even leave my house it's so bad. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

I signed up for their App and put me in the virtual waiting line. While my 5 minutes waiting time I signed for the newsletter to get a $2 off coupon. Haircut was fast and well done. I’ll will definitely come back.

Went for a simple trim that they somehow messed up. No attention to detail whatsoever. In and out in 60 seconds. I would have done a better job cutting my own hair at home.

I went into today for a haircut, and it wasn’t anything I expected it to be.I understand that there was a language barrier between me and the hairdresser, but multiple reference pictures were shown multiple times throughout the haircuts. I emphasized the style I wanted and how much hair I wanted cut off. Literally nearly all of my hair was cut off, and I didn’t not get the style I wanted. After realizing exactly how much hair was cut off I asked if it was possible to style it, and cut a little off the sides to compensate for the terrible haircut and so that I don’t walk out with a bed nest on my head. The hairdresser Sarah told me that if she cut anymore of my hair, that would be consider two hairs cuts and that she would have to charge me twice. I understand the policy- but they would rather leave a customer completely unsatisfied and disappointed than offering to fix it and styling it to boost the costumer confidence? I’m already sitting in your chair, might as well fix it ? I opted to not get a “second haircut” and proceeded to pay when the hairdresser asked if I wanted to leave a tip. Lmaooo as if. I’ve worked in customer service all my life, so I know how much a tip means to someone working in the customer service industry, but someone who doesn’t care about their customer satisfaction and doesn’t care about the overall service doesn’t deserve a tip. Overall, terrible experience. Don’t play with peoples hair.

Needed a trim up because I couldn’t get into my normal place in time for something. Asked for a fade and to keep the basic shape of my hair on top and down the back. Fade is not faded. There are just clear lines between the different clipper lengths. Didn’t take any time to blend. I think the the haircut lasted 20 minutes. Hairdresser was very nice and tried to be accommodating, just not sure she had the skills or cared very much. I felt like she was just rushing through with the trimmers. This was my second time. First time was fine so I gave them two stars.

Nothing is great here except the word in their name. Zero skills and terrible experience. This was my second visit giving it another try but a huge disappointment again.

Just got a nice fade cut by Etheline. One of the best haircuts I've ever had. No wait. In and out in about 30 minutes. Friendly staff. Clean. Nicely appointed. Relaxing music. Parking garage nearby. Highly recommend. I will return.
