My Husband utilizes the Grubbs in Capitol Hill northeast becuase he can not walk extensively & the way the store is set up the environment is small cozy, always somewhere to sit & there’s never a long wait in line & the staff has always been consistent with his familiarity. We been living in capital hill for 25 years. Recently he has become very discouraged and has felt a lot of anxiety when he comes to Grubbs becuase he is now being charged $25 per medication by Grubbs Owners for a Professional Fee. He is on fixed income (Retirement & Disability) He has Medicare and Medicaid for which both cover his medication FULLY. Medicaid even stated that they pay for professional fees already and he should be getting overzealously charged. I told him to utilize all care pharmacy where u I go but he does not like change in his regimen esp now that he is not well. To do this to vulnerable individuals is very disheartening.

Grubbs should be proud of the way it so efficiently handles vaccinating the Capitol Hill neighborhood. The process is orderly, and very little time is wasted waiting for the service. Thanks

Needed a typhoid vaccine for travel purposes. Scheduling was easy and getting the vaccine was even easier. I rely only on Grubbs for vaccines as needed.

I never thought I would leave a review for a pharmacy, but I had a fantastic experience at Grubb's. I had a tricky prescription to fulfill and had gone to a bunch of other pharmacies who were unhelpful, but Grubb's came through and were friendly and prompt in doing so. Plus, they've got a big selection of cool products in store--organic toiletries, local gifts, etc. Not to mention, I feel good supporting a small independent pharmacy instead of one of the big chains. Grubb's isn't even in my neighborhood but I'd definitely go there again!

We love this neighborhood pharmacy. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and caring. The testing services they offer are incredibly convenient and reasonably priced. The results are provided quickly. Highly recommend this pharmacy.

Absolutely wonderful pharmacy. The owners of the pharmacy are very hard working and run an amazing pharmacy. The pharmacy staff members are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and will go above and beyond to help you. The cozy atmosphere and the genuine care the staff has for patients truly sets this pharmacy apart. I appreciate the emphasis on community and individualized care that this pharmacy has. I have never reviewed a pharmacy before but I go out of my way to get my prescriptions filled here. The staff are always ridiculously kind and helpful. They go above and beyond consistently. I witnessed a customer verbally abuse the pharmacist, yet she remained patient and professional. I have always had a positive experience and today I realized many times people only share their negative encounters. I will never go to another pharmacy!

No one makes getting vaccinated easier in the city than Grubb’s. Appointments are always plentiful and everyone is kept on track. They also have a wide variety of vaccines available. For example, my son has an egg allergy and they had an egg-free vaccine for him available to book right on the website. He had never been offered that from anywhere else, even our pediatricians office.Will forever use and recommend Grubb’s!

The whole experience was convenient and fast. My wife, teenage daughter, mother in law and I made appointments for the updated COVID and flu vaccinations at the same time. We got in and out very quickly. We were able to set up the appointments online and provide insurance information ahead of time. It was a breeze.
