Seems like a nice place, cannot speak to the pharmacy experience. Have to be buzzed in to enter which.. I get. Needed something to eat quick, so popped in to grab something from their fridges. I understand that this is not a corner market but the price inflation on items is wild, $18 for 5 hot pockets is crazy LOL.

This place is not like the Grubbs I dealt with for many years in Capital Hill they really need to do more I like a call to say hey were putting your Meds together but obviously they are too low staffed to do that so I had to pick up my Meds and take the bus so I transferred them closer to me

I can't say enough about the magnificent customer service I've received from this pharmacy! I've endured NIGHTMARISH treatment from other pharmacies, but since I've transferred my scripts to Grubbs SE, all my calls are handled quickly and professionally. The young people that work there are wonderful representatives of caring and dedicated young employees, it's always a pleasant experience when I have to call. I'd recommend them to anyone that's tired of big chain headaches. And they deliver!

One star because I can’t give zero. The worst customer service, they take forever to refill prescriptions, I’m always placed on a “brief hold” for 5-10 minutes when I call (I often call back because I assume they’ve forgotten I’m on the line). Sometimes they get impatient with me because they’ve already filled something that I *didn’t ask them to* and it’s been waiting for pick-up. After 1.5 years of giving them a try I will no longer be using Grubbs for my prescription needs, which is disappointing since it’s the only local pharmacy in my area of town.

grubb's pharmacy is the worst! the pharmacy techs are very rude and disrespectful. i have been calling all morning about antibiotics for a viral infection and pneumonia that the dr sent over. i know that they don't care and are just there for a check. don't expect them to care, show empathy or compassion for anything. instead of saying the meds are out of stock so you can send the prescription somewhere else they keep lying saying someone will call you back and never do. your meds delivered sameday or next day and it takes three or four days for lifesaving meds to be delivered. bull!!! they are lazy, trifling, pathetic, inexperience and unprofessional. they give anybody a pharmacy tect licsence these days. can you say better business bureau

I have been going to GrubbPharmacy forever. There services are great just like the staff that works there. Have seen some leave and others come. I have never reviewed a pharmacy before but I go out of my way to get my prescriptions filled here. The staff are always ridiculously kind and helpful. They go above and beyond consistently. I witnessed a customer verbally abuse the pharmacist, yet she remained patient and professional. I have always had a positive experience and today I realized many times people only share their negative encounters. I will never go to another pharmacy!

You would usually get 5 from me, but today I was unsatisfied. After picking up my medication. I got me some coffee. Paid for my coffee and other items. I was trying to set up my ride and was told I could not sit there, because of Covid. There is no signage and as far as I'm concerned Covid is over.
