It is very difficult to communicate with them. I ordered two lanyards. I got only one. I returned some items and sent them on 5/15 by USPS. I emailed them several times, but the supervisor has not replied to me anymore. I followed the return policy by them. I will dispute it with my credit card company if they don't want to refund me.

Everything is so overpriced. Even items on clearance are still like 30 dollars. They have celebration of 2023 t shirt for sale for 20 dollars... not the best shop to buy anything. It's big and clean though.

No one ever answers the phone or responds to emails at this bookstore, and good luck contacting the store manager, Janet Uzzel, about an issue. For such a reputable school, it needs more customer service.

If you are purchasing electronics or any electronics accessories, you are not permitted to return a product even if it is defective or damaged after opening and inspecting it. Save your purchases of important items for other places if you want to be sure they work
