They literally never have baskets and rarely have carts at the door. I see multiple customers walking around with their hands full of groceries. It’s ridiculous.

Staff is great; reason for 4 star is fruits are sometimes spoiled, entrance and parking garage often smells like urine.

Horrible service do not shop here. Seafood department refused service on item that did not need to be weighed or labeled. Completely terrible experience do not shop here

Good, altho a bit pricey for some things. Produce is excellent, prepared foods well done, and enough of the staples in a generic format to make it worth your while.

When it first opened, this was a welcome clean, bright addition a neighborhood on its way up. Of late the store appears neglected,dirty and uninviting. There are no carts, spilled product on the escalator, elevator and floor, vagrants by the doors of the garage & street level— all at a premium price. Disappointed that the chain with such promise prefers to participate in the urban decay that permeates this city.

Harris Teeter overall is a very good grocery store, however this particular location has had a major shortage on carts for months. The manager should really be more concerned with the inconvenience to customers of having to wait 5-10 minutes to start your shopping on a typical trip going up and back down to the parking garage to search and having to follow someone else just to get a cart.

This grocery store has gotten significantly worse in recent years. Now, there are almost never any carts or baskets available for customers, and the selection of fruits and veggies are extremely limited. I wish it can improve.

Very nice grocery store. Plenty of staff. Great selection. Nice layout. A few vagrants living outside, but nothing compared to Oakland California, my home city. Parking available for customers.

Not impressed. I've been staying at a nearby hotel for the last week, and each time I go in there are zero donuts in the donut rack. How are you going to have a full service bakery with absolutely no donuts? I've gone at multiple times including 7, 8, and 9 AM on varying days and each time it's empty. Store is clean and while organized, but quite expensive.

There are literally never grocery carts available. Staff never replaces them and just expects you to carry everything.
