Made a reservation in advance and they claimed they could not approve it. The lady kept putting me on hold. Then when I called back to say the later time was ok, she gave me complete attitude and lip. Terrible customer service only using because my insurance uses them.

They apparently only rent out fleets from the Hertz in Chinatown DC and by appointment only. I couldn't get a rental to go pick up my father from the hospital. National/Enterprise had it ready and available within 15 mins

The staff at this Hertz location are the best in the business. I was devastated after my car was totaled and was going through a great deal of stress with my insurance company. The employees at this Hertz went ABOVE AND BEYOND to secure a rental for me and help me navigate through such a difficult time in my life and for that I am forever grateful. If you're looking for the best of the best, rent your vehicle here.

Upon pick up, the car I reserved I was told there were no cars available if what I requested in the entire city! Skipping over the fact a vehicle was given away to a customer that came in after me, because the location closes SO EARLY on a Saturday I was told there was no after hours drop and no other option of drop at another location (less than 2 miles away) thus, I have to pay for 2 additional days until the location opened! This company has horrible customer service and is not willing to compensate for their lack of service.

Please do not go to this rental! Convenient location but extremely sloppy customer service. I rented a vehicle here with a drop off time of 10pm on a Sunday night. Absolutely no instruction or numbers were given to me as to where and how to drop off the vehicle. I arrived late at night having to look for an elusive garage door and had no idea that a small intercom button had to be pressed in order to contact the people in charge of opening the garage door. Because it was very difficult to hear the other line, I kept asking them to repeat their instructions, leading them to yell at me with impatience! Unbelievable.
