Best customer service ever! I frequent this store, since I work in the area, and this is the best (and cleanest) H&M I’ve ever seen. This past week, I had a huge wardrobe malfunction, and Dyana was incredible! She went above and beyond any level of customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’m not even being dramatic when I say Dyana literally saved my day!

The employees are nice and the selection is good for being a smaller store. Unfortunately a good amount of the clothing on the racks is deodorant stained, rendering it landfill-ready, which is unfortunate, but this is something you can find at any department store these days so it doesn’t detract too much overall. I’d recommend this h&m for cheap staple clothing like turtlenecks, tank tops, work blouses and slacks! Their discounted selection is extensive and has some hidden gems.

If i could give minus stars, i would. Bought itens online, tried to return in store and the clerk started my return online which, said i already returned the item when i had the item with myself which led me into a 1h and a half call with hm…. To return itens via usps paying.. instead of doing in store which i was already in. Dont come here or buy online. Hope they go out of business. Most terrible customer service ever. Wont be bringing my money back on this cheap and crappy store with crappier customer service.

Had the unfortunate transaction with Bala he's a messy cashier from how he fold clothes to his interaction with whites and blacks, he was pleasant with the white patronage verses me the black women.he threw my clothes to the side and quoted my price.with the white person he asked if she a rewards member for discount.he said nothing of the sought to me,when I bring it to his attention he said oh are you a member then he laughed in my face and said would you like a bag.I told him he could just keep everything. Complained to the manger and left.horrible service to me.H&M don't need my money

There's an excellent selection of clothing for men and women available here. You can also try on items before you purchase them. The staff is helpful and courteous.

I visited the nearest H&M after losing my luggage, hoping to quickly grab a few essentials. I arrived at 6:52 PM and was rudely told that the store was closed, even though I was inside the store. Despite explaining my situation, the employee still refused to let me shop. I felt very unwelcome and disappointed by the lack of understanding. I'm writing this review to share my experience for those considering last-minute shopping.
