I just made a product purchase in the store, the store is huge, a lot of variety of clothing for men and women but the low rating is due to the incredibly bad attention of the cashier who seemed like we were doing her a harm, she greeted me in a bad way, she greeted me He looked as if he were a nuisance, pitiful.

In one order i had a pick up in store and a mail one. The store cancelled wrong itens and caused me a lot of issues. And 2 hours of an error solving attempt.
Phone attendant was the worst. Still havent resolved my issue.

I bought a jacket, and after 40 days, while I only wore it twice, it became threadbare. It is of very poor quality. I went to the store tonight, but I did not get a good answer, and they said that they will not replace it. It was a very bad experience. Never buy from this brand.

customer service has been consistently disappointing. During my recent visit, I addressed the issue directly with the manager and an employee, both of whom have often treated me with an unfriendly attitude. Unfortunately, I didn’t feel the manager took accountability, and I was left with a simple apology rather than any real acknowledgment of the recurring issue.
Good customer service and inclusivity are essential for a welcoming atmosphere, and it’s disheartening to see a lack of leadership and training in this area. I believe businesses thrive when employees are trained to treat every customer with kindness and respect. This isn’t just about my experience—it’s about creating an environment where all patrons feel valued and welcome.
I hope management will consider investing in customer service training to help improve the experience for everyone. Supporting businesses that truly prioritize kindness and respect makes a difference, and I would love to see this place grow in that direction.”

However, I’ve noticed that some employees at H&M seem to bring a negative attitude to their work, which can impact the customer experience.

Providing wellness resources, counseling, and even gym memberships could help the team feel their best, inside and out. Check your receipts carefully!!!!
On a weekend in Washington, I came on October 6 to buy clothes for my daughter.
After paying I realize that the cashier did not apply my 10% reduction (on €158 that's a lot). She tells me that it doesn't matter, that she just has to reimburse me, then go through all the articles again to apply my discount.
It takes a good 5 minutes. When I recredit myself, I realize that there is a difference of $8. The cashier justifies this by saying that VAT is not refunded in the event of a return. I find it surprising and I insist a little but she claims that she herself does not understand the laws of her country.
I'm French so I don't know them either.
She applies the discount to me, and it only takes $5 off (on $158 it should be $15.8). I ask her why there's so little less and she tells me that's how it is. I insist and finally she does the manipulation again to finally take away the right amount (!!).
When I get home, I look at the purchase and return receipts before throwing them away and I realize that it's not that at all, the cashier just forgot to reimburse me for an item.... So I paid for an item twice! I am frankly disgusted to have been taken for an idiot for a person who hid his incompetence behind the laws of his country.
Conclusion, I should have checked my tickets before leaving the store!

It’s almost as though they only vet the most disinterested/useless staff to work there. Firstly I asked about a top in the window display in another size and they just said, yeah we don’t have it. Not even, we can order it for you online. When I went to try something on in the changing room, the young man acted as if I was bothering him, then told me I needed to put everything back on the hanger. When I asked if they had a top I was trying on in a different size he just said no, even though they did have my size! When I later pointed this out, he was too busy chatting about football with his buddy. Seriously H&M, you need to hire better staff.
