The experience has been good and functional for the purposes I need. The agents were always helpful, even if not outwardly friendly. They were professional. I always received call backs. However, the merger has been a nightmarish process. Late notices and missed notices, I can't update my account. On hold! On hold! Forever On hold.Other than that, I would have given the place 4 stars for the last several years.

Been with this CU since the early 90's, use this account for business purposes and that's a big mistake. This institution has NO MOBILE BANKING. How is that possible in 2020? Cleary this place doesn't care to grow or expand for their members. I can't even connect Zelle with my account here. Rude staff. They don't answer the phone or leave you on hold. The woman there is very unprofessional and vindictive. They deal with unfair business practices and make take business issues personal. WORST WORST WORST. They will block your account if they "feel like it"

Have had a savings account for over 20 years & deposit monthly. Decided to bank locally so sent in paperwork two weeks ago for an additional account (checking) electronically because they couldn't find the set we mailed to them, even three weeks after we mailed it. No response, again. Wondering where our deposit check is. Looked online and it is NOT in our existing account, hmmm. Of course, many offices are working remotely, but I can't understand why they can neither return an email nor a phone call over the course of two weeks and don't respond to mail either. Running out of communication options; is Pony Express next? Anyone have a credit union to recommend?

Never, ever again. This place needs to be abolished, all of its employees fired and the space used for an orphanage or day care center for kids. Maybe Hoya Kids could use some extra space.

The entire organization lacks customer service. Just getting a call back from a loan officer was a task. Dont put you money in this bank.

Kinda hard to rate customer service when it's non-existent. Charged me a fee because "not all of the automatic transfers carried over for all customers" when they switched their name, and my car payment wasn't made on time. Messaged them through their website, no response. Sent them an email, no response. Called them for the past five days, no answer. Wanna play petty? I can play petty. No problem. Called them back to back to back to back today until "Greg" finally answered. Cut me off before I even finished my first sentence, asking for my account number. Bruh. Don't get short with me cuz y'all can't keep it together.
