I worked with a tax person named Tia Smith and when I say she screwed up my taxes that’s exactly what she did. I had to call H&R Block to file a complaint because I wasn’t told anything about my tax return. When I called to assess what was going on with my tax return, I was told that Tia Smith went on vacation until the next tax season. She actually sent me a bill via the H&R Block portal without calling me or emailing me any documentation to actually confirm what is is that she did with my taxes. She even left and went on vacation until next tax season without being paid. Absolutely unprofessional! Please don’t use this office or H&R Block!

The tax professional has exhibited his expertise. That is why, I am always excited to meet him to take care of my tax preparations year after year. HR Block takes care of the right refund that each taxpayer deserves. Kudos and thank you HR Block especially Mr. Adrian!

I made an appointment to get help with few specific questions and when I arrived I was told that they did not confirm my appointment. Then when I tried to explain what I needed help with, I was interrupted several times, then could barely get a word in. Extremely unprofessional.
