Got my taxes done here last year by Mario Jenkins, had to file multiple years, he made it easy & less stressful, no problems. Because of that I decided to come back, had the opportunity to use him this year via the phone, (AGAIN) easy, less stressful, he explains everything, very kind and understanding. If you need your taxes done, HE IS YOUR GUY!!!!! & ONLY YOUR GUY!!However went into the office to sign paperwork, ended up with Lynette Woody who was suppose to (only) help us sign. Ended up paying her an arm and a leg so she could fake go over already completed taxes. (SCAM ALERT) when I arrive the front secretary had the door lock, didnt know why we were there, even though we had a scheduled appointment. Acted like she was at her house with unwanted guest, Kept complaining about having to do office work like thats not her job, as well as complained about what time she had to leave. The office manager ask my husband if we paid, like a gang buster at the door. If I come back here next year, It will only be because of Mario Jenkins who deserves 5 stars.

They really need to shut this place down this is slowly but shortly falling into pieces . I walked in automatically smelled bad odor , carpets smelled like mildew , this Place smells really bad , also have mice holes in walls and roaches
