I went to Ideal Cut to have the diamond set for my fiancé’s engagement ring. Tan was very helpful and the work was done by the next day! Very transparent and fair pricing, I couldn’t recommend it enough.

Wonderfully polite, knowledgeable, with beautiful custom creations. This cat has talent❗️ You should see for yourself the exquisite baubles he’s fashioned.
One thing about Tan is his ability to take precious, semiprecious stones, and gold clunk everyone has laying around the house, and turn it into something the wife will actually wear. He can even split stones, re-facet them, and create something from nothing.
Remarkable.

The store doesn't look like much from the outside, but the service is outstanding, as is the honestly of the staff. I brought in a watch and said I'd been told by another store it could not be repaired. While that could have been an opportunity to make money from me, the staff said it was just a battery issue and my watch is working as good as new for $20. I'll certainly give them my business in the future.

They resized a ring for me within 2 hours (much faster than other quotes I got, and also for a lower price). The ring looks great and the staff was very helpful. I will recommend this shop to friends.

This is the only place I trust for my jewelry needs - they have resized antique rings for me, replaced seed pearls in antique earrings, and given me advice on other pieces which ended up saving me money. The pieces they’ve worked on have always turned out perfectly (you cannot tell they’ve been resized or repaired) and their pricing is fair. Highly recommend - I am a very satisfied customer.
