This salon truly outdid themselves, I went in for a balayage and highlight touch up and was in shock because of how perfect it came out. My stylist, Eva, educated me on my hair and gave me tips for how to keep up with it. I truly admire the salon and it’s atmosphere. Would 10/10 recommend!

Mai was great! She’s very knowledgeable and takes her time with everything. She explains what she’s doing and talks through the steps so that you have a good understanding of everything. I had nanoplasty done and the results are great. Mai is only happy with perfect results no matter how long that will take her. She’s also very accommodating as I wear hijab and was able to work with me!
The salon is very clean and she truly is amazing! Highly recommend her!! She’s also the only salon in DC that does nanoplasty!

Inari salon had me leave in tears. I am an intern in dc and I am transitioning my hair from red to brown, its natural color. I couldn’t see my stylist in nj so I booked an appointment here. I asked for dark brown- verbatim- and blended bangs trim . I now have blunt bangs and black hair, I’m furious. I left and turned around crying and the stylists just looked at me and told me to book another appointment to wash my hair. After paying 200 for the worst color and blowout of my life (my hair is voluminous and I asked for it to stay that way- somehow it became pin straight) , I was told that I asked for dark hair, my bangs were barely touched, and I should pay more money. Before I receive a comment saying there are “false and defamatory statements” I want to point out that a client’s preferences should be respected, and when I client leaves in tears calling said client a liar and asking for more money is a sure way to lose their business. I want small businesses to succeed but I also want brown hair and $200 back. For reference I was compared to Wednesday Adam’s twice in one night. Additionally, before posting this review, I called Inari for 3 weeks 4-5 times, and I was told a manager would reach out to me by multiple workers. Unfortunately no one has reached out to me, every time I have called, hence why I am posting this review.
I confirmed my hair would turn out slightly darker (but not black) than the picture I have with brown hair- as you can see the results were contrary to that.

Inari is my “go to” when I visit DC! I do all my hair services, lashes and facials at this location! Mai is a master her craft and she recently did the Nanopladt treatment on my hair. Volume is still there and I love it. Victoria is amazing with color. This is the place to go. Client from KSA.

Long post:
I got nanoplasty, and k-tips.
The entire salon is clean and aesthetically pleasing to look at and be in. The staff is sweet & based on the conversations I overheard very knowledgeable!
I’ve been eyeing this salon for a few years but I was hesitant. I knew I wanted to straighten my hair permanently but I didn’t want to commit yet.
I finally made the decision to commit. I booked a consult and then an appointment. I’m so glad I did. My stylist, Mai, was so knowledgeable about my hair, the best process for the lifestyle I live, and the best service for hair. Mai was also very patient when I asked tons of questions.
During my actually service appointment, she was so sweet and continued to educate me. You can tell Mai has a passion for what she does. After my appointment she gave me very detailed instructions to take care of my hair at home and the best products to use to maintain my results.
If you’re looking for luxury and quality, this is the place.
I love Inari Salon and Spa and will be back in a month for a follow up to make sure I’m taking care of my hair properly.

The owner is incredibly kind and communicative. She’s usually there in the evenings and on Saturdays, which is really convenient. For my third visit, she paired me with Christina and I’m so glad she did! I’ve been coming back for hair services and have always had a great experience.

I had a great experience! The stylists and management were absolutely wonderful. I came in for highlights, a cut, and a style, and everything turned out beautifully. I didn’t request a specific stylist, but the one I was paired with did an excellent job. Thank you so much!
