Had several disappointing experiences until I came here. Absolutely exceptional customer service from Tyler who took his time to go through each step thoroughly and share his advice on the many questions I asked. We haven't received the suit yet (will update once received), but based solely on the customer service experience, we're confident this will be our go-to store in the future for any made-to-order suits.
We came here after going through a miserable 'consultation' service with a different suit company down the street that was charging $700 for an off-the-rack suit. Indochino saved the day. A fully customized experience to get the perfect fit and less than $600 total for everything. Highly recommend, but please take the time to go through their website first and look at some of the color/fabric options before going to the store. Really helps speed the process along.

Angel was exceptional in helping me today with my suit measurements. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly demeanor made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. She made sure everything was perfectly measured, ensuring my custom suit will fit like a glove. It’s rare to find such a dedicated and skilled person in customer service. I highly recommend Angel for her excellent work and would gladly give her 5 out of 5 stars!

I usually rave about Indochino, but the experience at this location was insanely terrible. I brought two friends over because I was confident in their ability. The male salesperson was great (don't remember his name) and took care of one of my buddies. The female was AWEFUL. She attempted to fit my buddy and was extremely rude to him, to the point he stopped midway through and left. She disrespected his wife, telling her to go away and sit down, refused to provide any input when asked about her opinion, was rude to me and other customers in the store. I can only describe it as her acting like she was too busy or good to deal with anyone. She literally rode into the store on a scooter…so unprofessional. Is this location so desperate for workers they are willing to hire substandard people? If any manager reads this, I never got the girls name but she was working on 04 October at 2:30pm…if I ever see her again I’ll take a picture and post it. I’m going to probably call the manager at some point and complain. It’s that bad. FIRE HER!!!! I will not send another friend of mine there until she is gone.

Angel at Indochino made my wedding suit shopping experience truly special. Her passion for helping me find the perfect fit was clear from the start. Scheduled an appointment online a few days prior to my visit for my upcoming wedding, but when I went into the store, it seemed like neither of the two employees on staff couldn't care less. I was left on my own to browse fabrics without any recommendations or suggestions, no measurements were taken (as the employees refused to do so), it seemed like the employees didn't care if they made a sale or not. The service compared to one of their competitors a few blocks away couldn't be starker.
