I recently switched from USAA to Allstate and I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by Jake. Not only did I get the same coverage for my home, cars, and umbrella policy, but I now pay about half as much. Jake has been incredibly responsive and knowledgeable throughout the process. I have worked with Reed and Jake for many years to manage my renters insurance policy. They are always very responsive and helpful. Initially my mother set up my policy for me when I moved into my first college apartment. When it came time for me to take over the policy for myself, Reed kindly walked me through updating the account and helped to demystify insurance for me as a young adult. In more recent years, when my apartment building changed management and required many changes to my policy and documentation, they went above and beyond to help me get the policy and paperwork that I needed! I would absolutely recommend them for renters insurance.
