My state farm agent Jeunesse Wright is the best! She is always available and provides excellent service. Whenever I have a question, she always gives me the answers I need and then is open at a moments notice if I need anything. I have been working with Jeunesse for over a year with car insurance, and now, homeowners too. As you know- car insurance can be very expensive in DC- and she works with you to understand converage and to find competitive rates - all with a trusted company like State Farm. She is also very responsive, so no waiting around for long peiods of time wondering about progress. I would definitely recommend!

Initially things were okay, but professionalism started to wane. On multiple occasions I made in person payments and asked for a receipt. I was told I couldn’t have it then by the office staff (which I felt was odd but figured it might be a copier issue and a one time thing… but it wasn’t) and it would be mailed but it never was…. concerning and unprofessional.When this was mentioned to Jeunesse she was very defensive and accused myself and our primary account holder of lying. Would not recommend- try another office locally. There are better options nearby, as we have learned.

Jeunesse and her amazing team have always been available to answer questions and advise. I have been a client of State Farm since Jeunesse has taken over this office, and prior to. Was hesitant to begin again with a new agent, however, they provided excellent and prompt service when needed!

The customer service here is awesome! I did an online quote and called them to complete it. Asia reviewed everything with me, made a few helpful suggestions and finished up the switch quickly and efficiently. She was so patient and answered all of my questions(which were quite a few). I switched my auto and renters over. So glad I did.These ladies are great! Thanks again for all your help.
