Avoid Jindal Auto Shop at All Costs
I brought my car to Jindal Auto Shop for a simple lifter replacement after two lifters failed. This job does NOT require the engine to be removed, yet they kept my car for two months and returned it to me in far worse condition.
When I finally picked up my car, the engine was ticking loudly all over, and instead of fixing the issue, the manager told me to “drive it and maybe the noise will go away.” Completely unprofessional and unsafe.
To make matters worse, the manager seems to know the business side, but he has no real knowledge of automotive repair. He relies entirely on the technicians for everything, and it shows in the quality of work and the lack of accountability.
Since picking up my vehicle, I have contacted them multiple times, and nothing has been resolved. The tall guy in the office keeps telling me to contact the manager and says he’s “not dealing with it.” Meanwhile, the engine is now knocking badly, and the shop refuses to fix the damage they caused.
I later discovered:
The engine had been removed unnecessarily
The water pump was removed, even though it’s belt driven, not chain driven
The engine was not mounted properly on the driver side, leaving it unsafe to drive
My catalytic converter code keeps reappearing, which never happened before. My right axle broke twice due to engine not being mounter correctly. The car now knocks heavily and can’t go over 1500–2000 RPM
Despite all of this, the shop refuses to take any responsibility. My engine is now completely ruined, and I’m left with a vehicle that is unsafe and undriveable due to their negligence.
Save your money, time, and your vehicle do NOT trust Jindal Auto Shop..

Jindal Automotive provided me with excellent service at a very reasonable price. They were fast and efficient. I would recommend anyone looking for quality service on their vehicle to consider these guys. They fully replaced my engine and it's running great.

I’ve never had a more pleasant, transparent, or helpful experience with a car mechanic. I brought my car in after AAA diagnosed it with a head gasket leak (a very expensive fix!), but Mohammed was able to fit me in quickly and ran multiple tests. He determined that the real issue was a broken thermostat preventing coolant from circulating through the engine (a much cheaper fix!).
Not only did he explain everything clearly, but he also sent videos showing each test—describing what he was doing, what he was seeing, and how it proved the thermostat was stuck. On top of that, he identified a few other issues with the car and sent additional videos explaining them, even advising me on which repairs were urgent and which could wait.
Mohammed was responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. My car is running great now, and I’ll definitely be returning to see him at Jindal Andre Auto!

We’ve been going to Jindal Andre for years. They’ve maintained and repaired all kinds of cars we’ve had, foreign and domestic, gas and hybrid. They offer terrific service and fair prices. They recently did some bodywork on our Pacifica after a fender bender, fixing all the little nicks and scratches and dents from over the years. The car looks like new! I couldn’t more enthusiastically recommend this shop.

I took my truck to this shop. Great customer service, quick reply, honest, and trustworthy. Kept me up-to-date on everything that is being done. Varun has great customer service; I knew my truck was in good hands. Being a woman, going to a shop is scary because sometimes they don’t tell you the truth, but Varun was so honest and helpful.

I have been coming to Jindal Andre auto for over 5 years. I bring my Lincoln Town Car and my wife's Honda Accord. They always take care of us and know how to fix out cars right with reasonable prices! I highly suggest anyone to come to them for any auto repairs.

Definitely recommend Jindal-Andre Auto -- they are honest about what's needed, offer decent price and get the job done! They are also friendly and will explain whatever you need explaining. This is where I go to keep my Honda Element running well :)
