Very professional. I personally feel John did everything he could to help me out and make the home buying process as smooth as possible. When there were speed bumps, John was able to help correct course and get us on the right path. John was the best real estate agent to work with as first time home buyers! Living in Northern Virginia, the real estate market can seem very daunting to get into, but John made everything straightforward and easy! He sat down with us and talked about realistic expectations for our budget and never tried to get us to pay more than we were comfortable with. John provided us with a portal of listings that had all of our criteria to the point that we only saw two houses before finding our dream home. John immediately established a positive rapport with the seller’s real estate agent and we truly believe this made all the difference! We put in one offer and had one accepted offer, which is unheard of in Northern Virginia in 2024. My husband and I would recommend John for anyone looking to buy or sell a home in Northern Virginia!!

I had the pleasure working with John to buy our first home! He was professional, punctual, and not pushy at all. John was amazing to work with! Due to covid, we did most of our real estate searching remotely and John consistently made us feel like we were right there with him. He painstakingly answered every one of our questions, would walk back and forth over Zoom with us tons of times, and was game to go to viewings all over the city with very short notice. When we finally fell in love with our condo, John’s steady hand was key to us putting in a winning offer… under asking! We couldn’t have done it without John and you’ll love working with him too.

John Strock is a fantastic and honorable individual to work with. Not only is he timely with responses, but he demonstrated a vested interest to ensure that my goals were reached, albeit exceeded. He often times worked into the late-evening to submit offers or finalize paperwork and was able to work with my schedule for showings.
