This is my neighborhood pharmacy and among my favorite businesses in DC. The owner and staff know me and my family members by name and are always, warm, attentive, and professional. In fact, they often call to let me know if there are any potential issues with my prescriptions to help me avoid unnecessary hassles. You won’t find a more personalized experience at any other pharmacy. They’re also small and family owned unlike most of the big box pharmacies in town. I highly recommend Kalorama Pharmacy!

Poor service. I made an appointment for a vaccine for myself and my daughter on their system. When I arrived, the staff refused to vaccinate us because they indicated I had made an appointment for another date, which I would never have done since I was traveling out of the country on that date. The staff couldn't have cared less.

I went to this pharmacy to get my flu vaccine last Friday and the service provided by its staff there was very pleasant. The place was convenient for me as well.

We used to be happy with them. However the staff to a argumentative when they make a mistake. I have called several times for my husband's medication. They charged him for a medication that they did not send and have accused us of removing the medication. My husband is disabled and we do not have transportation to travel to them. Every month there is a problem with them. That don't believe in the customer is always right. They don't believe that they make mistakes. They treat my husband like he is the problem.

Always such a pleasant and quick in and out experience! Staff is great and helpful! I've had to get medication and they're always fast filling. I also had to get medication and use my workers comp insurance for it instead of my regular one and they were very accommodating and were able to switch the insurance! Love supporting the local pharmacy. My dad is a pharmacist and I know how important supporting the "little guy" is! Love this pharmacy and recommend if you're in dc, especially Adams Morgan!

I couldn't find meds I needed for severe cough that I had suffered for 4 weeks. No sleep, couldn't speak. I understand the reasons it is restricted but I really needed it. A pharmacist I knew recommended Kalorama: and when I went in the Pharn explained the med; explained the insurance; ordered it and called when it came in. I am so very grateful. Parking is meh but it's DC. I am living again. God bless you.

I want to support small business and love that they allow pets but the two times I've come in, no one acknowledged my presence to say "Hi Welcome", just stared at me while I browsed and I just think it's quite rude. I have a prescription coming up so I will try one last time but if I get the same treatment, I'm just going to take future prescriptions to CVS.

I switched to this pharmacy from CVS on Columbia Road. They have been much better to deal with, and their customer service was really helpful when I had a difficult time with a prescription.

Was excited about a neighborhood pharmacy but Kalorama is genuinely a terrible place to get your meds if you actually need them. Kalorama seems to be disorganized, un thoughtful and they never get your medication by the time you need it. Go somewhere else.
