On my way home, I started to hear a repetitive noise from my car. Pulled over and tires looked okay but after getting back on 295 that noise was getting more worrisome and Kangaroo Auto Crew was the closest shop. They were able to quickly check out my car and found a bolt in my tire. They plugged it up and had me on my way in no time. Though they’re not my local mechanic shop, I’m happy to know about them and would trust them again with any car issues. Customer service was great and Juan is the best!

PHENOMENAL people, PHENOMENAL service! They’ve taken care of me twice now. The first time was a full overhaul of the A/C system where they replaced almost everything. Pricing was fair, work was excellent, customer service was prompt and considerate. A year later I was having a small issue and they got me in quickly and were able to accommodate my crazy schedule. Jeff was great! Explained everything and answered all my questions clearly and kindly. I’ll never take my car anywhere else if I can help it!!

This is an honest, dependable, and on time local mechanic with a body shop. I've been a frequent customer for the past year and highly recommend them. They're not the cheapest, but a great alternative to the dealer.

Cannot recommend this place enough! I was driving 2.5 hours to DC for a 2 day event. My car broke down & this was the closest shop to get to! They quickly took it in, found what was wrong, repaired it & I was able to pick it up the next day after my event. Quick, efficient, affordable & overall amazing care. They helped make a very stressful situation manageable!

Basically they do rentals which seems to be there priority forst regardless of appointment and Customer Service not the best…Not the best in scheduling and keeping up with appointments,I had two separate appointments that got switched because Jeff decided to take on extra customers(Rentals)and forget about our appointment and wanted me to reschedule,I don’t recommend them honestly just didn’t get the professional experience I see in the Robot Reviews!Service: Air conditioning

Kangaroo has been a godsend! They not only addressed all of my immediate needs, but clearly listed out coming-up fixes and preventative maintenance items for me, including giving me a fully understanding of which things were more urgent than others and specific prices. And their sister location is a body shop, so it's truly a one-stop-shop!
