I moved here from Europe and was interested in buying an apartment. The realtor invited me to the office but refused to show me any properties. I guess the salary expectations did not quite meet up at that time?? Fast forward, I bought a house in DC a year later and I am looking to buy a rental property in the near future. No need to say that I have a different realtor. Keller Williams: That much about the commission you lost because you refused to show any properties to a single immigrant mom with two kids. For some people Keller Williams might be good, but I certainly won‘t use them and don’t recommend them.

I had a really great experience working with KW agent James Williams. He was friendly, responsive, and always honest with me. He was available over the weekends, and even when he was recovering from an illness. It was a great pleasure to work with him and his co-agent Justin Matthews. I highly recommend them.

Shady business. Selling a house that is NOT for sale! The house is still apart of a probate estate case and the heirs have not approved the selling of the home. Talk to the realtor and he said “I am just doing my job” it’s all about the money and not ethics.

Melissa Ebong is a dream realtor! She cares about you as a seller (and buyer) but more importantly she is trustworthy. Melissa went through one of the toughest transactions with us; the entire time she kept us updated, she represented us well and in the end pulled off the transaction we thought would never happen! Very shady company. You can tell them your salary requirements in the very beginning. Then they will have 5 or more interviews with you only to try and offer you a much lesser salary. Such a waste of time and so unprofessional. They also have cult like ways.

Mona Abourjeily is incredibly unprofessional, unreliable and inconsiderate. After spending valuable hours scouring through listing she sent me, I chose specific ones to view. I set aside an entire afternoon (and even kept my daughter out of school so we could view the properties together) but to my shock this individual sent me a CURT LAST MINUTE TEXT stating "This is too much. I have to stop." Without any provocation, she simply backed out leaving us high and dry. I called another agency and provided the listing to them but this selfish individual clearly refused to allow them to show the properties even though as she stated "it was too much work for her to accomplish ". I feel very sorry for the owners who have placed their trust in this woman. She clearly has no intention of helping neither the seller nor the buyer/renter. Her behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional.

We had a very bad experience with Russell Carter of KWCP. He repeatedly told us that he was representing us as our buyer agent and did not inform us that he was actually working as a subagent for the seller until very late in the process. I do not know whether this was intentional or an oversight, but I feel that it severely disadvantaged us in every aspect of our sale. I noticed another person say in a review that it seemed like Russ was practically working for the seller. Buyer beware, he might be! Ask for the legally required disclosures about agency at your first meeting with Russ and do not accept any excuses about not entering into an agency agreement.

I worked with Gal Mesika and he was awesome, reliable, patient, intelligent and very knowledgeable. I am a first time home owner and he provided me with all the information I needed, he hook me up with the right persons to help me. He was with us in every step of the way. I was so nervous on the day of closing but Gal made me comfortable. Thank you soooo much Gal appreciate everything you did for us.
