Please do not go to this location the front desk receptionists are rude, dismissive, and liars! They literally lied about only taking appointments but their website clearly STATES THAT WALK INS ARE ACCEPTABLE! Denying someone of a drug test for employment is absolutely ridiculous!

Worst Labcorp ever! Never expect them to give you STAT result. Had my blood drawn at 8:00am when they open, have not receive my result in same day. Upon checking they did not even send the sample to lab in the same day. This is purely trash place!

Do NOT come to this LabCorp location. I have been here THREE times already and they still have not done the proper blood work, forcing me to come in again, a FOURTH time, for a simple blood test. Do NOT come here.

This place is very unprofessional, I took my mom and dad twice to do some tests and both times they have done wrong tests. They had the proper documents from the doctor what to do first time they say we need to draw more blood so we came in again, but now I’m back talking to the doctorand the doctor says the wrong test are done

I have been here over an hour waiting for a scheduled appointment. Twenty minutes ago I finally got a text saying it was my time, went up to the counter to check on it, and was rudely dismissed by the receptionist. I’m still waiting. Everyone here is getting this same treatment.
I’d like to add that all the responses from Labcorp to the reviews fall extremely flat given that the level of service has clearly not changed.

The front desk staff is EXTREMELY rude and it seems nothing is being done with the employees based off other reviews acknowledging the same interactions. I give everyone the benefit of the doubt but please do yourself a favor and book your appointment elsewhere. Do better LabCorp.

Came in for pre-employment screening and the staff was not pleasant. The person who was doing my test (black, light complexion, gold colored hair) tried to get me to leave my bag unattended in a chair with people passing by. When I asked for a secure storage for it like every other labcorp, she refused and dismissed my concerns. I left and went to K street where it was a much more professional experience and I could store my bag safely while doing my test.

Front desk staff put me in a room, then forgot to let the phlebotomist know that I was waiting. After 10 minutes I came out to find them gossiping , and they would've stayed there without my getting the (quick) tests that I needed. Not great service.

First time getting blood drawn- I was nervous as heck. Didn’t know what to expect. I told the lady it was my first time and she straight up did not even acknowledge I said that. She just turned and asked me what arm. I told her “left I guess, does it matter?” And again no answer, just put the binding on my arm. I don’t need my hand held but what about some decent human courtesy. I was scared, she didn’t even acknowledge me. The people at the front weren’t much better.

The front desk girl is extremely rude and mean. I put my lab orders on the table (she didn’t need to stand up to pick them up or anything. She can just reach out her hand and take them). She said she can’t see them. Because I didn’t put them in her hand. Never seen anyone so rude. I greeted her and had a nice tone since the beginning. Some people come here probably because they are sick and having a hard time in their life. Plus, there is no need to be mean to people who are nice and didn’t do anything bad to you. If you don’t want to do this job, then you can pursue another career. She also forgot to give me my urine cup. Very unprofessional.

I’m so glad that Christopher was available to help me out. He is an INCREDIBLE phlebotomist — kind, caring, and gentle. He helped me before so I knew he was a great person to work with. Last time I was there I had this older woman that was HORRIBLE — complete opposite of Christopher in every way (rude, uncaring, and not gentle) and I was so scared to come back in case she was there. I was so glad I saw him so I asked if I could wait to be his patient. So glad I did. He made the experience so much better and made me less nervous to come back to LabCorp. Will certainly try to ask for him or find anyone else other than that older woman that was there (she was pretty rude — she said she has been doing this for so long but frankly she has a thing or two to learn from her younger colleagues! Oh yeah, and on top of everything she messed up my labs and I had to come back to do some of them again!) THANK YOU CHRISTOPHER FOR MAKING MY EXPERIENCE SO MUCH BETTER!
5 stars for Christopher but 3 stars overall because of the other tech.

I was in and out within 10 minutes on a Friday morning. The blood draw was totally painless and there is no bruise. I didn’t get the technician’s name but she was fantastic.

Very very unprofessional… they love to keke in the back about patients but imagine if their children or someone they cared about were experiencing what you were coming to do labwork for… the black girl not Destiny… she is just there she dont care she is ignorant as hell! After everything that I said… they wanted me stay even longer for them to do my bloodwork… thats insane thinking I am gonna let ppl who lack first hand professionalism do my bloodwork!

such a rude and nasty attitude staff. very well unorganized. told me my wait time is 10 minutes and didn’t get called for almost 2 hours. when i went up to the front desk and asked politely what’s going on, the male staff got attitude with me and telling me “you can go to another location” . He was the one told me wait time is 10 minutes and 2 hours later telling me to go to another location. Once inside the room for the testing, he didn’t want to answer anything to me. the whole time i kept my composure. Can’t get down low to Labcorp staff’s level.
People please avoid this unprofessional, unorganized, rude nasty attitude filled staff’s location and go somewhere else law if u want to get it done on a timely manner with better customer care experience.
