I have been incorrectly invoiced for services that I declined. I did not sign off on these services, in fact I refused signature and consent. I have spent multiple hours on the phone with lab corp and have been unable to resolve this issue.

I had a bad experience at Labcorp on K St. Check-in was quick, but the blood draw hurt a lot. The technician was nice, but my arm bled a lot afterward, and it took a long time to stop. I won't go back there.

They stop doing employment drug testing at 3pm with no mention on their website. Walked in at 3:05 and was (rudely) turned away after walking 2 miles. Just post the right hours somewhere?

Fraudulent charges. If you request a lab panel within standard care for your age, they will find ways (with AllCare) to add unnecessary labs and charges to your bill.

Much smaller waiting area than the 19th St location, but still had a good experience. Dropped in without an appointment at 9am on a Wednesday and only had to wait about 15 minutes.

Horribly rude front desk lady. They have a self check in kiosk which doesn’t work and then she got mad at me because it was supposedly my fault. Finally went into get my blood draw and it was very rushed which wasn’t very comfortable.

I was a walk-in at 2021 K Street and the lab technician took me very quickly. Gloria is fantastic in terms of her manner, professionalism and drawing blood. I have had horrible experiences at other labs due to the veins being difficult to find. This was a quick, thorough, pain free and pleasant experience. Kudos to Gloria and all professionals like her!

People at front very stand off-ish at first and they were overwhelmed due to the fact that both toilets were broken, which is understandable. However, the phlebotomist blew my vein (im a VERY easy stick, never had issues or pain before) and now I’m bruised up the wazoo. Phlebotomist didnt pull my skin to make it less painful either. I went with other colleagues and the other phlebotomist had no trouble with them and they experienced no pain, so obviously there are some phlebotomists that are good here and some are not. Just want this as learning experience for them — just because the office is crazy does not give you excuse to skip steps and cause harm for simple procedures. Especially considering how many people come to labcorp for blood draws.
