There are healthy food options like turkey and salmon sandwich. They have really good eclairs and cannolis along with coffees. Great place to work and have a coffee.Parking: You have to live here, there's zone parking.

This is a very cute bakery with pastries and cakes that all look scrumptious! We went with cakes because they looked so delicious; however the red velvet cake tasted very old and not at all delicious. The tiramisu was very good and a generous portion size. We were there around 3:30, close to the 4pm closing time, but it was disappointing that at least one of their cakes was not fresh at all. If we go back, we will opt for the croissants instead, which seem to have much better reviews. I agree with other reviews that the service was efficient but not friendly as well.

My recent visit to Le Caprice DC Bakery was nothing short of a delightful culinary adventure. From the inviting ambiance to the mouthwatering treats, this bakery has earned its place as a local gem. I decided to try both their sandwiches and cakes, and I was thoroughly impressed. The sandwiches were a perfect blend of fresh, high-quality ingredients, and the diverse flavor profiles made each bite a satisfying experience. The attention to detail in crafting these sandwiches at Le Caprice truly stood out. As for the cakes, they were nothing short of divine. Moist layers, rich frosting, and an impeccable balance of sweetness - Le Caprice DC Bakery certainly knows how to elevate the art of baking. The [specific cake name] I indulged in was a testament to their commitment to quality and flavor. What adds to the overall positive experience is the friendly and attentive staff. Their recommendations were spot-on, and it's evident they take pride in delivering exceptional customer service. Whether you're a fan of savory delights or have a sweet tooth, Le Caprice DC Bakery is a must-visit. The combination of a welcoming atmosphere, delectable sandwiches, and heavenly cakes makes it a standout establishment in the DC culinary scene. I wholeheartedly give Le Caprice DC Bakery a five-star rating for consistently delivering a top-notch experience. It's a taste of delight that lingers long after you leave!

If you're looking for the worst croissant in DC, this is the bakery to visit. The croissants are hard, oily, and tasteless. Give it a try and don't forget to share your experience.

Convenient bakery/cafe in the neighborhood. Their pistachio croissant is definitely their specialty. The croissant itself was more bread-y and less of the tender flakes I've gotten used to in Europe, but tasty in its own way. The neon green pistachio filling is a bit too bright for my taste, but really enjoyed the pistachio crumb topping on top. Also one of the largest coffee syrup selections I have seen. Service was nice and quick, granted, I was here 830 on a Sunday morning lol. The weather was perfect for sitting on their rocking bench outside to enjoy the sunshine with breakfast!

Ordered a club sandwich and got food very quickly. The sandwich was really good and really filling plus it comes with a soda and chips for no extra charge. The interior is nothing out of the usual for a bakery but it is clean.

This place is so bad, I’m sorry but their cakes are hard as rock. Very disappointed bc I really wanted to like it. I did not buy a cherry danish. I bought a chocolate cake that was extremely hard, and a lemonade that was just sugar. From what I’m seeing here on the reviews I’m not the first one. This place is awful and the customer service as well. Would not recommend to anyone.

What an awful bakery. This has to be the worst bakery I’ve ever been to in my whole life. I got multiple different types of bred bc I was very excited about this place but every and each one of them was awful. Undercooked, overcooked, hard or they had a weird flavor. Of course the manager did nothing about this, it’s very shocking to me that people get to sell these horrible low quality products and get away with it. I will never go here again nor I recommend it to anyone.

Food is good, but they go really light on the icing for a cinnamon roll.

The bakery products are bad! They do not look professionally made, and they also don’t taste good! I want to support a neighborhood cafe, but you guys really need to improve your baked goods quality!

Drinks are good and reasonably priced. I've gotten savory pastries here twice though, and both times they were hot on the outside and ice cold on the inside. Their other stuff looks good though and staff friendly, but I wouldn't recommend the "hot" pastries.IDK maybe they just need a better toaster oven or something
